The hotel location is very close to San Marco Square and in a quiet street also closed to all big bradings' shops. We booked 3 double rooms. According to the hotel description, the room is able to add one extra bed for child per request. However, when we checking-in, we were advised to book one extra room, as our request was not sent upon our booking. It's too late to make the extra bed. We've two kids, hence we were charged one more room for two nights stay. Overall, it's a pleasant stay at Kette Hotel, except the forcing charge. Suggest Hotels.com remark it clearly on your website to avoid any similiar happening and un-necessary argument.

No air conditioning! So hot! The room never cooled off. Couldn’t keep windows open due to risk of birds getting in the room.
Lowest bed I’ve ever experienced.
Staff was great. Water taxi pickup on checkout day was great! Private transportation services can’t use their dock, only companies the hotel arranges.
Breakfast hours started late for tourist with early tours.

Grumpy staff. Overpriced Room shabby, grubby, paint peeling in bathroom, no king bed, just 2 thin mattresses pushed together.
Photograph’s on hotel’s website deceptive! Definitely NOT a 4 * hotel.
