Struttura accogliente e praticamente fronte mare. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Comodità di cenare nella struttura al ristorante Tipicò.

Nice hotel and the staff is always kind and polite. Small rooms, but they are clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the train is close by and that can sometimes disrupt sleep.

IL PREZZO NON GIUSTIFICA LE ASPETTATIVE.

Struttura vicinissima al mare e ben tenuta. Personale gentile e cordiale.

Per il prezzo pagato non si può chiedere di meglio.La struttura è a pochi passi da mare e dalle camere si ha una bella vista. Buona la posizione sia per Grottammare che per raggiungere San Benedetto del Tronto attraverso la posta ciclo pedonale. Unica cosa da segnalare è l'orario del check-in che, sul sito Hotel è segnato già dalle 14 mentre sul messaggio arrivato direttamente dalla struttura, è indicata l'ora delle 16:30 alla quale ovviamente ci siamo attenuti nonostante fossimo già arrivati in zona da un paio di ore.

Ero di passaggio. Abergo datato pero devo dire che ha tutto quello che serve anche un bollitore con bustine di caffe e te. Il parcheggio fuori ne ha pochi posti. Letto e cuscino confortevole. Il wifi eccellente e la collazione nella norma. Dietro l'albergo passa il treno che fa abbastanza rumore.

Struttura in ottima posizione. Camere accessoriate di tutto ma datato. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Continuo passaggio di treni, riscaldamento con condizionatore rende l'aria secca

The hotel is not far from the center of Grottamare and directly across the street from the ocean but most rooms won't have a view. Mine had a nice balcony but the view of nearby buildings was not pleasant at all. I found the staff very pleasant but I had two issues with my stay. First, the hotel is very noisy. Trains run frequently just behind it and while there are no horns, many tons of steel on steel rails going very fast is hard to sleep through. And secondly Wi-Fi access required going to a web site and entering an email and password to connect. But periodically you would get kicked off and have to go through the hassle all over again. Automatically reconnect doesn't do anything when you have to connect through a web site.

Mi è piaciuto perché era molto pulito, non mi è piaciuto per il rumore

Perfetto appoggio per esigenze di lavoro sulle Marche e Abruzzo, anche in inverno la posizione è suggestiva ed il mare è vicino per una breve passeggiata cooroborante. Le stanze ed in generale la struttura sono di aspetto un po' retrò, tuttavia sono piacevolmente inserite in un contesto dinamico e ritempra ottimamente le energie spese nellle quotidiane attività. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni d'affari, almeno per la mia esperienza, non ho provato il soggiorno nel periodo estivo.
