Nonostante alcune recensioni negative, abbiamo comunque deciso per questo villaggio.. Posso solo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta.. struttura curatissima, pulita e sorvegliata. Per le famiglie ci sono il mini ed il junior club che accudiscono completamente i vostri ragazzi in modo esemplare. La cosa più positiva è stata la ristorazione che a parer mio è stata ECCELLENTE... Tutti i giorni carne, pesce fresco, pizza e primi piatti spadellati allo show Cooking degni di un ristorante stellato. Unica pecca forse la spiaggia ed il mare che non sono proprio belli come te li aspetteresti in Sardegna... ma noi abbiamo girato un po’ le spiagge e come punto d’appoggio è stato perfetto...

No recomiendo el Hotel, Las instalaciones están completamente abandonadas excepto la zona de primara linea de playa y recepción, el resto esta descuidado, hierba se supone que era césped quemada , registros de desaguas al aire libre, cortes de agua consecutivos, el agua de ducha y lavabo salia amarilla, y para colmo nos dieron habitación como unas casas a 800m de la recepción, Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta que junto a los clientes te ponen a los empleados, que les dan como otros adosados iguales pero complenatemnte destrozados, cuelgan la ropa del hotel en el exterior y la verdad muy mala experiencia. Por no decir del buffet que ponen muy pocos camareros para atender y el servicio es muy deficiente. Por cierto en la habitación no tienes Wi Fi . Tienes que ir a recepción a areas compartida para tener acceso en recepción solo.

Posizione e location fantastica, buona la cucina; pulizia (vari insetti in stanza) e servizi migliorabili (ombrelloni e sdraio inadeguati ed insufficienti). Personale cordiale e disponibile, bravissimi i ragazzi dell'animazione.

Heureusement que nous n'avons pas du payer le tarif plein sans remises. Pas vraiment quatre étoiles plutôt club de vacances pour groupe.

Molto buona il personale tutti gentile. Animazione molto buona il mare stupendo. Un po meno i bagnini. Tutto sommato posso dire di essere stato bene.

Unexpected bills for everything..they just want your money! you have to pay to use there amminaties( beach and pool etc) Staff are so rude and not helpful at all, food is bad you may be lucky enough to have bugs in yours like we were! Rooms very basic our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it.. fridge leaked water everywhere, avoid at all cost, terrible hotel! Will not be visiting again

Sejour globalement décevant malgré un cadre très agréable. Complexe très grand à l'entretien difficile : piscine et abords sales, vitres à travers lesquelles il est difficile de voir... De plus si vous ne parlez pas italien ça s'annonce compliqué : aucun effort pour parler une autre langue et toutes les animations sont dans cette langue. Idem pour la nourriture : 10 jours de pâtes déclinées sous toutes leurs formes et toutes leurs sauces ! Peu voire pas de desserts, mieux vaut aimer les fruits, excellents par ailleurs. Points positifs : chambre pour 4 spacieuse avec un coin cuisine (important pour le frigo) Service de maintenance réactif et nombreux transats à la mer comme à la piscine.

At check in I passed by 2 receptions one at the entrance of the resort who wanted me to pay 52 euros as an extra charge for entertainment, using swimming pool ... etc and asked me to pay cash , when I wanted to pay by card they transferred me to another reception in the center of the resort where they asked me to pay only 18 euros !!! The reception gave no information whatsoever about the resort. They gave me a room with double bed and a single bed whereas in my booking it states clearly a room with a double bed and 2 single beds and that is a mistake that can happen but the most hilarious was that the receptionist was trying to convince me that it is the same let alone that they don't speak any English The most out striking was to use swimming pool you must use ur own towels (no swimming pool towels for guests ) or hire towels from the receptions with a deposit of 10 euros and each time you hand them back, they charge you 3 euros for washing the towels !!!, you cannot go into the swimming pool without wearing a head cover and guess where to get it from , you must hire it from the hotel for 3 pounds a day !!! or u just stand and not put your head down into the water Breakfast was awful nothing related to Italy (I have visited Italy 4 times b4 and I know how the brfast should b in Italy) Asking for an extra pillow answer from housekeeping was: why? u have one on each bed !!! Worst beach ever with black sand and mud , never used it once DO NOT GO

Incredible view. This hotel has so much potential. Lots and lots of children. A perfect family vacation destination. I would not recommend it for someone without children. My room was spartan but nice. Very uncomfortable beds. I had back ache for weeks. Lovely view from my room. Very, Very loud. On the beach, around the pool, at the bar. The speakers vibrate from the loud sound. I had to sleep with ear plugs. All buffet - even for dinner, no other choice.

Stayed here early June and first impressions were great and positive until we arrived at reception to check in. The staff could hardly speak English and were quite rude and abrupt. The was a female manager who was really rude and quite loud but of course speaking in Italian so we could not understand. I asked for a iron and was told it was being used and would send it to me when they could, after the fourth time of asking I gave up. The rooms were very basic and beds quite uncomfortable and it was two beds pushed together to make a large double but through the night the two beds would separate so you would slip into the hole in the middle. The shower was tiny and a square in the ground and all it has was a curtain so by the time you finished showering the bathroom was like a swimming pool. The room cleaners were always pleasant and polite unlike the rest of the hotel staff. The hotel would have loud music every night in the area between the hotel and the sea and this music would be blasting for hours. People pay a high price for the sea facing room and then you are blasted half the night with the music racket.

Poor quality beach; constantly under new management; isolated from any facilities with no public transport; inexperienced staff. Unexpected €70 cleaning/check out fee - totally unacceptable, especially as our apartment only got serviced twice in 10 days!
