It's a very nice, new boutique hotel. Nice garden, nice and exquisite breakfast. Really enjoy it. Front desk speaks fluent English, provide good suggestions. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with many nice houses. There's a park and castle wall in opposite side, only 10 mins walk to the center spot.

o hotel é um charme!! encantador! quarto super confortavel e aconhegante, alem de lindo. cafe da manha bem gostoso, precisando melhorar em opções salgadas. não ha ovos mexidos, apenas cozido. estacionamento disponivel na rua, em frente ao hotel, e no quarteirão.

Excellent location, easy free parking, 10 minute walk to centre of beautiful Siena, elegant villa, clean and comfortable, staff super helpful.

Hotel en una villa. Entorno silencioso. A 10 minutos del Duomo, la torre Mangia y la Piazza del Campo. Personal de recepción y comedor muy amables. El desayuno ofrece una variedad adecuada con productos de la máxima calidad.

Breakfasts was fine and I appreciated the gluten free efforts. However the bed was rock hard and we were given the dark junior suite on the top floor even though we were staying for 7 nights and would have outdoor the light version down a stairs preferable - i9t;s dark and dingy, people very friendly and place kept clean but far from eco friendly with fresh plastic cup in plastic sleeve ever day and old ones taken away even though we were clearly using them, breakfast good with fruit an meats selections and appreciated the gluten free efforts, staff general friendly and hotel in a good position,

This B & B style property was a little gem, albeit with some slight imperfections. The room was smallish, but sweet, with high ceilings and a solid shower. The little foyer at the room entry was nice. It all felt comfortably cozy. Only real downside was the lack of bathroom counter space and room space overall. If you like cozy, you’ll enjoy it. If you need a large room, this isn’t the place for you. For amenities: the daily breakfast spread was nice. The property grounds were lovely, with a nice little courtyard that received good sunshine. For location, it’s just a little bit outside of the heart of the city so it was a bit quieter, and you needed to walk about 10 minutes to get “into town”. I liked that, but others may feel differently depending on your preferences (if you need to be closer to the heart of the action). Service was solid, but not A+. When we needed a taxi or some information we got it promptly. So no real complaints. The only thing missing is there wasn’t that level of engagement or friendliness you’d hope to have. It was just solid. Perhaps that’s a cultural thing. But that’s something I appreciate. No one was rude or anything like that, but absent one of the ladies who ran the breakfast/coffee station, that level of warm engaged service was lacking. Cost was outstanding, very reasonable! Overall this was a nice, enjoyable property and I’d recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Siena + doesn’t mind being a bit outside city center.
