It is an older property. The air conditioning was not working to capacity while we were there. Our room was VERY HOT. We complained and were told we would be moved to another room (twice) and then were told, both times, that the air conditioning had been repaired by their tech. The first night we were moved to a room with air. The 2nd night, we were told the air was fixed. The room was still hot.

Beautiful location and friendly warm staff

The hotel and staff were wonderful; gorgeous pool inside and outside. The only negative I have is I wish there was an elevator to go to the beach. It's not easy to walk up 200 stairs.

Wonderful and clean. Selma and Manuela were wonderful at the bar and restaurant. Selma was especially wonderful and friendly

We had a wonderful time at Le Querce. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was beautiful, and we were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. We would definitely come again!

Met our expectations

It was great view to the sea, delicious food, very good resort in every level.

Beautiful property, front desk staff were very helpful, shuttle to town was handy but would have been nice if more frequent trips. Property has it's own beach but be aware that there are about 200 steps to get there.

Had really good stay at this hotel. Stuff was super friendly.

This will be my new vacation spot when I come to Ischia. I absolutely love this resort. The rooms are spacious with Italian charm. And I love that they have an on-site restaurant and bar with a view of the sea that is breathtaking. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff was polite, professional and attentive. The pools were were wonderful even in cooler weather and the breakfast was perfect. I would highly recommend this property

Love location, overlooking water, beautiful pier to swim from, lovely terraces for meals, lounge, two beautiful pools, staff wonderful especially for meals. Room clean and serves purpose but very small. English speaking staff minimal at front desk. Gourmet meals fabulous if you don’t mind paying $50-100 per course. Free breakfast large selection- best meal! Biggest disappointment was Massage thermo experience. Just a bath tub and I’ve had better massages in the mall. It felt like they just pulled him off the desk, he did not do anything I have experienced from a professional. Otherwise stay was very nice.

Fantastic location with glorious views. Wonderful staff. Downsides - steep climb to the beach and town and not enough shuttle buses but not too long a walk- just the heat that was a bit killing.

The views are spectacular. Breakfast needs variety and improvements, especially more selection on hot foods.

Le Querce is in a spectacular location overlooking the Port of Ischia. Compared to other Italian hotels, the staff was less than welcoming. The biggest problem that we had in a four night stay was that the pool was out of commission for half of it. After draining and cleaning it, they refilled it with thermal water that was 122 degrees F. The room had a mini-bar with bottled water, but nothing else and there was a sign prohibiting guests from putting anything in the fridge. The hotel does provide a shuttle to the Port of Ischia, but it doesn't run at times that allow dining in town. The weather was extremely hot while we were there, and air-conditioning was borderline.

The hotel was like stepping back in time, it is small and friendly, and comfortable with the most amazing views. The staff can not do enough to help. There is a pier into the water with sun beds which is a lovely addition.

The place is an excellent choice. But there is no gym or fitness room.

Great location and views and still convenient for Ischia Porto. Staff very helpful and engaging. Good pool and spa facilities and high quality restaurant. Reasonable access to the private beach but sundeck at the beach was still under construction.

The hotel charges for most amenities i.e; towels at the pool, mandatory that even bald men purchase a head cap to wear in the pool. Dining staff excellent. No elevator. Many steps to climb. Outdoor pool wasn't heated.
