If you are not live in the main building, be prepared to move your luggages with lots of stairs in order to get to your room.

Do not carry large suitcase as there have many many stone steps and extremely difficult to carry all the way along to hotel as google maps might fake you the wrong way. Besides of this, hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is good.

The room and breakfast is good. You need to reserve and pay for using the swimming pool. The fee is a bit expensive. Children is not allowed to swim in the pool. You may better check the fee beforehand if you would like to use the swimming pool.

在当地特色的洞穴内有特色,酒店早餐不错,不过不是很好找

住起來非常的好 室內又溫暖 游泳池又非常漂亮 早餐種類也不少 接待人員又親切 住起來真的很像住在山洞裡

這裡讓我印象非常好,cp值很高的飯店，讓我們對馬特拉念念不忘，如有機會再回去,我還是會入住這間飯店的

Calm,safe,marvelous old town view. About 30 minute walking with luggage from train station in new town ,due to hills and complicated paths in old town. Taxi arriving is easier. Sands on celling drop sometimes is special experience, but thanks to not too much sands. Eating, swimming and sleeping in cave is perfect experience. 寧靜，安全，令人驚奇的舊城景色。扛行李到新城區的火車站約30分鐘路程，因為路有高低差且舊城區路徑複雜，抵達飯店建議採計程車。 天花上的沙有時會掉落是很特別的體驗，但還好不是很多。在洞穴內吃飯游泳睡覺是很美好的經歷。

雖然只有3顆星酒店,但是飯店每一位服務人員都很親切,也有很棒的溫泉泳池,附近也有很棒餐廳和很棒的景點..會想再去一次,當然比較不方便的是最近的城市需要5小時的車程時間,但是很值得前往

很喜歡，是整個義大利行裏最喜歡的一間

Une seule nuit sur Matera, nous avons choisit cet hôtel pour l’originalité des lieux et nous avions un bon tarif pour une réservation tardive. Très bonne literie, salle de bain un peu vieillotte. Petit déjeuner correct et varié.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the Sassi. We appreciated the free shuttle service with our luggage. Great breakfast and nice spa.

Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Great breakfast and breakfast staff. Walking the stair can be slippery and hard for older people. Some staff at front desk can be very impatient and busy to help except one lady who is English.

We liked the thermae enormous, nice spacious rooms in the design of Matera.

Fiquei apenas 1 diária . Quarto confortável , porém box de ducha pequena . Atendimento da recepção não é muito cortês . pouco simpáticos . há um spa / terma romana , muito bonito porém o valor pago é a parte além da diária 25 euros por pessoa , levar isso em consideração. vale o uso do espaço q inclui sauna , sugestão a piscina poderia ser um pouco mais aquecida , achei muito fria! café da manhã excelente

Amazing breakfast spread. Spacious trullo room. Plenty of private outdoor seating for exquisite sunsets. Delightful spa. ZERO parking. Park in new town and notify hotel for shuttle.

The location of this property is amazing with a shared terrace with a stunning view, the room was cozy and clean, the staff is welcoming, great breakfast and the termae on the premises is a big plus to unwind and detoxify.

O hotel está dentro de uma aérea que não chega carro.e pra chegar com malas é horrível com muitas escadas. O hotel apenas informou o estacionamento mais próximo, mas não disse que existe um transfer do estacionamento ao hotel, so descobrir quando chegamos ao hotel, carregando malas por mais de 10 min subindo e descendo escadas. O hotel estava lotado e eles não estavam preparados pra o cafe da manhã, qdo chegamos já não tinha várias coisas
