The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room equipped with handbasin and bathroom but without toilet. The toilet was conveniently adjacent to our room. We planned to check-out on the 21st of Sep and take a train to Genoa. The staff member of London Hotel reminded us that the train drivers took strike action on that morning. If we could not get on the train we could go back to the hotel and they would find a car for us. Luckily, we got on the train without on strike. However, we still have to thank for there help.

第2次入住這所酒店,工作人員十分友善,非常鄰街站,十分清潔,非常滿意這家酒店。房間很新及有免費飲料

離大教堂在步行十分鐘距離，Cairoli 地鐵站出來就到飯店，交通非常便利。 唯一不好的地方是隔壁是中餐餐館，會有油煙味飄上來。

Excellent customer service from staff especially Mohammed. Pristine room and bathroom. Lounge area also super clean. Whole hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Most importantly, great location!

Väldigt litet rum, fräscht men opraktiskt. Det fanns en hylla men det gick knappt att lägga telefonen på. Vattenkokare och kopp stod på rummet men inget te eller kaffe. Personalen i receptionen var jättetrevlig så stort plus till dom.

Instalações modernas porém banheiro excessivamente pequeno. Fora isso tudo certo, hotel bem localizado e cumpriu a proposta.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to major tourist attractions.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was clean and fit for purpose. The staff were a little distant on arrival, and I did not receive any change after paying the city tax; you could only pay the tax in cash which meant I had to venture out and find a cash point before I could check in - not ideal after a long journey.
