The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room equipped with handbasin and bathroom but without toilet. The toilet was conveniently adjacent to our room. We planned to check-out on the 21st of Sep and take a train to Genoa. The staff member of London Hotel reminded us that the train drivers took strike action on that morning. If we could not get on the train we could go back to the hotel and they would find a car for us. Luckily, we got on the train without on strike. However, we still have to thank for there help.

第2次入住這所酒店,工作人員十分友善,非常鄰街站,十分清潔,非常滿意這家酒店。房間很新及有免費飲料

離大教堂在步行十分鐘距離，Cairoli 地鐵站出來就到飯店，交通非常便利。 唯一不好的地方是隔壁是中餐餐館，會有油煙味飄上來。

Great location, 10 minutes walk to major tourist attractions.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was clean and fit for purpose. The staff were a little distant on arrival, and I did not receive any change after paying the city tax; you could only pay the tax in cash which meant I had to venture out and find a cash point before I could check in - not ideal after a long journey.

Staff was super accommodating—especially Mohammed and Shaw—would definitely stay there again.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff, very clean and modern room

Purtroppo questa volta non mi sono trovata a mio agio. La stanza era pulita e il personale socievole ma la doccia era situata in un box a parte dal resto del bagno, vicino al letto , l’asciugacapelli a muro non funzionava e non c’era uno non a muro da potermi imprestare. La stanza accanto alla porta dell’ascensore purtroppo non era isolata da rumori e voci esterne. Sono a Milano per lavoro e non posso non dormire la notte. Purtroppo non tornerò più . Los cuartos son muy pequeños pero limpios. Me agrado la ubicación pero el personal de la recepción a veces es muy amable y a veces es un poco grosero.

Appalling. Photos of room on Expedia are very misleading. They show a bathroom in the room but it was down the other end of the corridor so we had to get dressed to go to the toilet at night which wakes up your partner because the bedroom light goes on. Also, no robe was supplied. When I tried to communicate with them about this but they ignored me. The light in the bathroom didn't work. I told them but 15 hours later it still was not fixed. No tea coffee or water was supplied. $497.86 was a rip off

The location is 10/10. However, the rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. We were not able to turn on the Air Conditioner (we asked for help to 3 different members of the staff). The rooms are clean and renovated. The bathroom is also extremely small, it’s very difficult to have a proper shower, and also had a bad smell. It lacks of basic bathroom spaces: like a towel hanger, somewhere to put your personal hygene accesories, and even a place in the washbasin to put the soap.
