Mangia's Santa Teresa Sardinia, Curio Collection by Hilton

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was below poor, and the staff showed little regard for hospitality. We received our room only at 4:00 PM, and when we arrived for breakfast at 10:20 AM (which is served until 10:30), we were refused even a cup of coffee. The assistant restaurant manager, Costanza, was especially rude and unhelpful. When I took a yogurt just after 10:30, she came over and took it out of my hand—an unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. On top of the poor service, the hotel is in a very remote location. Once we moved to another part of Sardinia, we finally started to enjoy our vacation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at ,the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is just perfect for relaxing . I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t hesitate to book again for this weekend . Highly recommended!

Room was extremely clean. Air conditioning was great! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was great and nightime entertainment was the best! No complaints

Sehr guter Service an der Rezeption. Kaffee und Cappuccino mussten wir morgens von der vorderen Bar holen, da der Kaffee im Frühstücksrestaurant ungenießbar war. Zimmer Top ! Zimmerreinigung stark verbesserungsfähig

The Resort by itself is good. It provides many services, staff is friendly (except the check in was unsatisfactory). The annoying part for us is the size of the place and the amount of people. We are used to small beautique hotels and not used for places were buses full of tourists arrive. The breakfast is noisy and a fight for food with (ealder) people. Staff is really friendly, guests not!

It's a very nice location. There is a nice pool area and a decent a la carte restaurant. Hotel van transfers are possible to a local beach. The Staff needs more training...... Many visitors come on low-cost airlines for all-inclusive packages

Beautiful hotel but a bit remote. Pools and views were amazing.

Resort meraviglioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e posizionato in una cornice naturale mozzafiato. Personale gentile e professionale, sempre presente. Distante dal centro di Santa Teresa di Gallura di circa 2 km. Due spiagge private in due insenature differenti. La più lontana a 900 metri puoi raggiungerla con un transfer dell’hotel al costo di 6 euro a tratta. Non lo dicono al check in ma lo abbiamo scoperto. La più grande pecca è il cibo, un buffet abbondante ma 5 giorni consecutivi branzino diventa un po’ noioso. I primi piatti non mi sono piaciuti, i secondi piatti, a volte si a volte no. Insomma niente di eccezionale, ti aspetti molto di più per 40 euro a persona. Ci tornerei? Non lo so, il mare e la location fantastica, piscina bellissima anche se acqua fredda, colazione abbondante, ma mi è mancata una cucina del medesimo livello.

The hotel was not on a beach. They advertised they were on a beach. The property is far from the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk. The other small beach that is a 5 minute walk is very rocky and not for swimming. The swimming beach is a 10 min walk. Also, the hotel said the have shuttles to the beach running until 6pm each night. The shuttle stopped at 5:30pm most nights or earlier.

Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Essen am Buffet kann man nicht empfehlen, vielleicht zwei oder drei Mal, öfters wird es eintönig. Zudem war das Essen nie richtig warm.

Es un buen hotel, aunque nuestra habitación no tenía vistas, las vistas del resto del hotel eran preciosas. Separado de Sta Teresa por una mala carretera como a 10-15m. Buen desayuno. La cama y las sabanas limpisimas y comodisima. La ducha del baño no muy limpia, adjunto foto y muy pequeña . La recepción para un hotel tan grande pequeña y poco personal. Por lo demás hotel muy agradable, con buenas vistas.

Väldigt små rum, fanns inga hängare, endast en garderob. Långsam service men vänlig personal. Absolut inte värt pengarna.

Rooms are great, resort is new, pool is great. We liked the breakfast and the buffet dinner. The view of the bay is amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Väldigt avskilt hotell, för oss utan bil blev vi ganska isolerade. Uber funkade inte och taxi kostade 25 euro för cirka 8 min. Maten på hotellet var under all kritik. Frukosten får dock väl godkänt. Utöver detta är det ett fint hotell och otroligt många solstolar. Allt i poolbaren är otroligt dyrt för det man får. Ett glas juice för 9 euro och då får man 1/2 dl med is. Gratis transfer till havet som ligger cirka 5-6 min från hotellet. Havet går det dock knappt att bada i, väldigt höga vågor och smutsigt vatten. För priset man betalar hade jag valt ett annat hotell.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were lovely especially Caroline, Alberto and Ali. For the price paid the room was small e.g limited storage and nowhere to store luggage. We didnt eat at the restaurant based on limited menu and price. Location was great if you have a car to go to near by places like capo testa and santa teressa. Pool area is lovely and breakfast was nice also

Beautiful Property.

The hotel itself is great with its stunning views. The rooms are nice and facility is fresh with nice design. Although, there are some things that did not led up to our expectations: the food is not really that good which makes it extra difficult because there are very few restaurants in the area. And it is also very expensive for what you get, no great value for the money. We also had trouble at the reception: at the arrival they debit you 300 eu and saying they’ll use it for what we’ve spent during our stay once we checkout. When were going to checkout they demanded us to pay our full bill without using the 300 eu we payed our first day. Now we have to wait 5 days until they pay it back. They said one thing but did another. Another thing that we would’ve appreciated during our stay is if they would’ve given us some information about what the hotel has to offer. You have a tennis court available and the opportunity to rent bikes but we did not get any information about it. We also discover there are busses going from the hotel to Santa Teresa which is great but we had no idea the bus was going, they did not tell us anything. We just figured if there is a bus departing from the hotel and it was, but it would’ve facilitated if they gave us more information. To summarize our stay we could say that the hotel is gorgeous and looks exactly the same as in the pictures. But the food was disappointing and we are also annoyed about the service in the reception.
