the bathroom was very poorly maintained. Broken shower head and faucet. And full of mold. Also the some pillows didn’t come with sheets!

Nice little hotel. You get what you pay for in Rome. It is a bit dated and couldnt find some of the listed items available as stated on the booking such as microwave or bathrobe. Wesite just needs a review and update) Checkn in staff really friendly, however english speaking was very basic. Bed in room 3 had been broken and had 2 matresses which was a little springy but manageable for a few nights stay. About 5 to 10 mins walk away from Roma Terminal so a good spot to stay.

A pesar de haber llegado dentro de los horarios que estaban dispuestos para el check in la persona que atendía me atendió de muy mala mánera reclamando. Baño con hongos en el revestimiento. Lugar muy ruidoso y no tenia ropa de cama

Il personale gentile, ma la struttura non è granché.

A szállás korrekt volt. Minden meg volt benne ami kellett. Csendes volt és tiszta. A hőmérséklet pont olyan volt, amilyet szerettünk volna, mivel volt légkondi. Aki olcsó és jó szállást keres, annak tökéletesen megfelelhet.

Niente di che, va bene per chi vuole dormire una o due notti per visitare la capitale, sensa pretese e con spirito di adattamento. Il vantaggio è il costo contenuto nonostante si trovi in una zona vicina al centro.

The manager is very rude. I guess there was a culture difference because I didn’t understand what the problem was with my friend and I. I attached a screenshot of what was said to me after I posted my first review. Long story short, my friend and I will NOT be returning to this hotel and I hope you all think twice when booking this hotel for your stay.

Ottima posizione per la vicinanza alla stazione, personale cortese, unica pecca camera poco pulita, bagno pieno di muffa e maleodorante, il water era collocato appena si apriva la porta di accesso. Beh per starci qualche notte può anche andare.

Personale cortese e disponibile, posizione strategica, la stanza era fornita di tutto il necessario!

Стандартный мини отель для 2-3 эконом ночей в Риме. Номер был одноместный,кровать удобная,белье чистое,вода горячая.Мне было этого достаточно. Обещанного холодильника в номере не было,но по моей просьбе управляющий мне его принес.До Термини минут 10,недалеко был хороший супермаркет ( подсказал управляющий )

Struttura facile da raggiungere è molto pulita. Unica pecca l’odore sgradevole che ci siamo trovati nel bagno.

Also wer auch nur ein bisschen Wert auf Komfort, Hygiene und Sauberkeit legt, der sollte einen groooooßen Bogen um dieses Hotel machen. Ich habe es nur eine Nacht ausgehalten und hab mir dann ein vernünftiges Hotel gebucht. Das Badezimmer war katastrophal die Toilette befeckt, die Fugen der Dusche mit Schimmel überzogen. Der Teppich im Badezimmer hatte braune Flecken. Das Bettzeug hatte Flecken und roch. Der Boden war nicht sauber, die Beleuchtung war wie in einer Höhle. Die Türklinke lies sich ganz durchdrucken, wodurch man immer das Gefühl hatte, dass jeden Augenblick die Tür von alleine sich öffnet.

Il bagno puzzava troppo e nonostante venisse chiuso gli odori di fogna invadevano la stanza. Il responsabile si è limitato a mettere un mangia odori. Al mattina doccia fredda perche hanno uno scaldino in comune. l stanza non viene ripulita sensa cambio asciugamani (solo uno in dotazione) 50 euro a notte per pernottare in queste condizioni.

Da evitare!!! Alla reception c'era un ragazzo straniero, forse indiano o pakistano, che non parlava italiano! Ed uno alla reception a roma che non parla italiano é assurdo!!! Al mio arrivo non trovavano la mia prenotazione e mi diceva che non c'erano camere disponibili! Quindi chiamavo il numero di telefono presente nella prenotazione ma il telefono era spento! Poi dopo tanto insistere, il ragazzo telefonava al suo boss e poi magicamente è spuntata una cemera. Sporca e maleodorante senza nemmeno un armadio dove poter mettere i vestiti. Bagno impresentabile, sporco e poco igienico! Colazione ridicola, con 1 biscottino a testa ed una specie di caffè! Insomma, da evitare assolutamente!!! Disgustato... Meglio dormire sotto i ponti!!!

El peor hostal donde he estado. Lo primero, llegamos y hay cuarto de baño privado en el que me encuentro en la tapa del wc restos de orina y pelos de partes íntimas de dios sepa quien. Segundo: abro la cortina de la ducha y me encuentro un cordel que salía del grifo negro como el carbón y pegajoso, la ducha obviamente también estaba sucia. Tercero: no había agua caliente. Cuarto: el cuarto de baño olía fatal. Quinto: sabíamos que no daban Sábanas, salvo la bajera, la cual tenía manchas y olía fatal al igual que la funda de la almohada. En definitiva, todo daba asco tocarlo e incluso dormir allí, no recomiendo este hostal a nadie. Una pena porque las instalaciones están bien pero le faltan mucha limpieza y cuidado.

O quarto não estava totalmente preparado quando chegamos, talvez porque eu tenha feito a reserva pelo app 30 minutos antes se chegar. Na recepção não constava como pago, mas eu mostrei o App pelo celular para o recepcionista que fez uma ligação e imediatamente concordou comigo. Fomos atendidos com paciência e simpatia por ele, apesar da dificuldade na comunicação. A limpeza e o cheiro do quarto deixou muito a desejar, e a localização apesar de ter metrô perto, foi o lugar mais feio de Roma em que estive. Os pontos positivos são proximidade do metrô (duas quadras) e do terminal de trem Termini (andando, 10 min). O negativo foi a iluminação do quarto, limpeza e o cheiro. Apesar da simpatia do atendente, só me hospedaria lá novamente por necessidade.

My staying was terrible. First even I had a reservation there was no rooms when I get there.. and no records about my reservation luckily I had a receipt of hotel.com. then he fixed me in another room in another floor be someone else's hotel.... Then shifted me to his hotel back on second day... After another two days he shifted me to another room .. I had to switch to 3 rooms during my stay. Even they say that they have AC . Believe me those AC are not working. They gave me stand fan . And WiFi signal is not coming to the final room I was switched. I heard during my stay many people came and fought in the reception about their reservations. If you don't have enough rooms please don't advertise about reservation... Don't think that you can keep switching customers spontaneously as per the daily checkouts. There was a friendly Indian guy in the reception who supported customers. Other than that there is nothing good in this
