Close to most of the attraction points in Florence

Room and bathroom was very clean and updated. The entrance and the hallway needs upgrade. Don’t boot if you use mobility scooter or wheelchair. Breakfast was average

The building is very old. The mattress and pillow are among the most uncomfortable you can find anywhere. It is next to a bottle recycling trash can, and you can’t sleep because of the noise. You can find a better place to stay at the same rate.

Excellant location and professional helpful staff. The breakfast was good and fresh but could have had more variety and fresh fruit.

The staff were very nice. The shower was super gross, there were bugs in my room (I never opened the window) and the bed was very uncomfortable. I understand you get what you pay for but you should at least be able to have no hair in your shower and a bug free room at a 3 star hotel.

Location couldn’t be better, room was comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well, bed was very firm but perfect for us. My only complaint is breakfast was a little bit or miss. The first two days it was great. Our last day we got there a little later but still over an hour before it was done and it was just potatoes, a few slices of bacon and some yogurt. No fruit or eggs. It wasn’t a big deal but would suggest trying to get to breakfast closer to opening time.

The location of the hotel is good, however the hotel is inside a building on the 3 floor. I believe the hotel has the 3 and 4 floor. You need to take the elevator to the 3 floor, and if your room is in the 4th floor there is no elevator to the 4th floor only stairs. My room was on the 4th floor. My room was so small that it felt like a cell prison, very depressing. The breakfast is from 7:15 am to 10 am, very basic and has limited options. Positive: The personal is very helpful and friendly. The air conditioner was really good and room was clean. However, The room was very small and the bed hard. My body hurt after the third night of sleeping there.

The staff was very helpful with arranging taxis. My only reason for giving 4 stars is due to the very small shower was difficult to use.

The hotel was central and yet quiet. A nice breakfast, clean rooms and nice bed and showers. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I read reviews on Hotel.com and they were either 1 or 5. We arrived at the hotel around 1:30-2 pm and our room was ready. The room itself was pretty big. It was hot in Florence, the room did have an AC and it was working when we got to the room and that was the only time it was working. We couldn't turn it back on. Luckily, we had a big window that we left open at all times and room was OK temperature wise. Our room was facing the little courtyard, that had couple of tables and patio furniture and had a lot of shade and probably not a lot of people knew about it. I had coffee in that courtyard several times and it was very nice. We requested a room with 2 beds. I think, we had 2 beds, but they were next to each other with the same sheets and blanket, so it was basically one bed. The worst thing about the hotel was breakfast. The croissants in any stores are better than theirs. The selection was very limited, there was a sign not to take more than 1 croissant (like someone will actually would want another one) and there was a sign not to take anything to the room. Anyway, hotel was good, the location was great, but skip the breakfast.

Personalen på hotellet är mycket tillmötesgående, hjälpsamma och vänliga. Frukosten en besvikelse, förvisso mycket att välja på men mest sött och sliskigt. Äggröra och korv/bacon var frukostens höjdpunkt. Jag hade uppskattat nybakade bullar, men istället fanns bara kex och torkat bröd i plastförpackningar och torrt bröd att rosta. I hissen till tredje våningen får plats max två personer, inget bagage. Till fjärde våningen finns ingen hiss. Många trappor, inget för personer som har svårigheter att gå eller röra sig. Mattorna i korridorerna var väldigt slitna och trasiga på sina ställen, lätt att snubbla där.

The room was clean and comfortable bed. The location is excellent centrally located and block and a half from the cathedral. The shower was pretty but it always flooded the floor. Breakfast was good. If you don't speak Italian the TV is useless no English channels

The hotel is located very close to the Duomo, walkable to restaurants and all the main sites. Staff was lovely! Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Highly recommend.
