Staff are friendly and helpful

Cardápio do café da manha simples, nao teve reposição. Nao limparam nosso quarto na 2 diaria, inventaram uma desculpa qualquer, e um Sinto muito. Ficamos no 4 andar, vc Sobe até o 3 de elevador e o ultimo andar pela escada, vai entender isso. Passamos frio a noite, calefação desligada. Tentamos contato com a recepção mas avisaram que somente se muitos reclamassem do frio que ligariam, eu estava com meus filhos, e mesmo assim nao deram a devida atenção. Tentei trocar de hotel porem o hoteis.com me avisou que como eu fiz o check-in eu perderia o valor pago. Enfim o que fica de bom? Q localização que é no meio de todas as atrações turisticas. Voltaria para esse hotel? Nao.

Café da manhã péssimo! Nada prestou! Tudo industrializado. Em pleno café da manhã do dia 31/12 e 01/01, só havia produtos industrializados, pão velho, bolo velho de 2 dias atrás, sequer havia frutas. Muito ruim o café da manhã. Só havia um funcionário, as mesas sujas e com pratos empilhados por horas. Mesas apertadas e toalhas sujas. Dava nojo de comer! Localização ótima. No centro, e perto de tudo! Fácil acesso para os pontos turísticos! Única parte boa do hotel. Banheiros com Box no mesmo nível do banheiro, e com cortinas de tecido, ou seja, ao tomar banho, o banheiro e quarto enchiam de água e ficavam um caos. Sem condições.

The location of this property is incredible! It is in the epicenter of everything a visitor would want; museums, the rail station, city center, upscale shopping and restaurants, historic sites... plus, it is a lovely hotel with a very friendly staff.

Really nice hotel, couldn't be more central than that, 3 minutes from the Duomo and 3' from Palazzo Vecchio. The room is comfy, wifi works ok and the breakfast is ok. Really recommended if you don't have a car, because the garage they use has to collect and bring it back and everytime is about 20-30'. But if you just arrive there, leave the car and get it when you check out is perfect, also not expensive at 30 euro per day (small car)

Amazing location, short walk from the central train station and surrounding by great shopping and dining options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and larger than expected.

Great location.

Trevligt hotell med perfekt läge. Jättetrevlig personal. Rummet var okej och hade allt man behövde. Skön säng. Det enda negativa var att en del uttag var trasiga, bland annat den vid sängen så det blev lite omständigt att ladda telefonen under natten då jag gärna har den bredvid. Fläkten i badrummet lät även så fort lampan var tänd där inne. Frukosten går att skippa och äta ute istället.

Nice place near of good restaurants and the personal were very kind

I was so impressed with this hotel, especially for the price! It's in the perfect location and my simple room was large & comfortable. The staff were all very kind and friendly. I would stay here again anytime I'm back in Florence!
