Nice people in the hotel with great service, helpful. Close th the train station, very convenience.

Location is good that near train station and walking distance to those tourist spots Hotel is standardized and room is very spacious for three of us.

酒店离火车站很近，步行几分钟就到了，路上还路过1家超市，非常方便，离圣母百花大教堂也很近，步行10分钟就到。早餐略微有点简单，不过可以吃饱。给的1层房间，带小阳台。

It would be great if the hotel could provide a laundry room for self-service.

訂房選擇’不設取消‘和’即時付款‘可享包早餐，入住時被酒店告知不包早餐，不知道是Expedia 還是酒店出錯？

The hotel is close to the train station. Also, it is accessible to the main sightseeing spots. Room is tidy and the wifi is stable. However, the air conditioner is out of order with poor ventilation on the first day. Fortunately, the problem is fixed quickly. In short, the overall hotel accommodation is good.

地點超棒，早餐原本沒訂，check in時現場加訂只需約12歐元，且不需要每天都有，這點超方便。距200公尺也有自助洗衣店，離中央市場、車站又不到5分鐘距離。

The hotel location was fantastic with just few minute walk from Firenze S.M.N. station, however, compared with other similar business hotel, this one found lack of flexibility.
