The pictures of the property on Expedia do not match reality. A very expensive hotel with rooms that have not been updated since the 90s presumably.

Overall a nice place to be!

Ambience is amazing! Peaceful, relaxing, and gorgeous setting.

Struttura molto pulita in tutti gli ambienti, personale di tutti i reparti molto Gentile e disponibile. Camere ben tenute, unica pecca che almeno nella mia era staccata l’aria condizionata. Posizione ottima, con ampio parcheggio, la zona delle piscine davvero spettacolare, ben tenuto anche il giardino intorno alla struttura.

Appearance of the hotel, many pools and spa treatments are unique. The hotel is very stylishly. What can be improved is the function of the aircondition in the fitnessroom and not least maintenance of the machines. We had to train in 30 ˚C and some of the machines were out of order or dit not work properly.

Flotte udendørs omgivelser med mange lækre pools og masser solstråle. Høfligt personale ved poolbaren og i receptionen. Morgenmadsbuffeten var virkelig kedelig, og personalet virkede ligeglade med en. Når du trådte ind på hotellet følte man at man var røget tilbage til 1980’erne. Meget velholdt og fornemt, men det trænger til en modernisering. Aircondition ikke særlig effektiv.

Das Metropol ist ein übliches Hotel in der Gegend. Etwas Altbacken aber gut gepflegt. Frühstück eher überschaubar

Hotel seguito davvero con cura da tutto il personale. Staff numeroso, premuroso e sempre sorridente. Complimenti!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We arrived a few hours early as we checked out of our air b and b from Padua at 11 am and was there by 11:30. The hotel staff were very courteous taking our bags and telling us we were free to relax in the different areas downstairs as our check-in time wasn't till 3 pm and to our surprise our room was ready in and hour and a half so that was really nice as we felt that prioritised us and went above and beyond. We also didn't realise swimming hats were mandatory in the pool, I am glad the staff were polite about it and offered us complimentary hats as we are young black women with thick long afro textured hair that can't fit into the hats they had for sale so I am happy they were courteous and didn't make us feel embarrassed. I would definitely recommend them looking to stock hats for fuller textured hair but really pleased with his they handled that - bravo. Every single staff member was lovely and professional - we really be enjoyed our room service lunch from the bar - delicious and filling and super affordable! We also forgot to decide about the shuttle bus to the airport do hadn't given 24 hours notice for our space but we really appreciated that a taxi was arranged for us that took card and wasn't too much more than shuttle bus so I believe it might be a set price for guests which we loved ! Our check out time the next day was 11 am but staff were gracious enough to keep our luggage so we would explore Padua and return for our taxi.

It was an amazing exprience.4 stars hotel with super kind service...from the reception to the dining table....all the personals was so kind and helpful.clean rooms,warm and cold pools.... For sure i will be back to Metropole Terme. The only problems were: Not everyone speaking English,bu they do their best. The beds was too hard. Great beautiful hotel,great food and an amazing service.

Un super séjour malgré la literie un peu dur à notre goût et nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu bénéficier de la vue demandée .. mais très bon séjour malgré tout Un personnel très gentil et toujours à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons

Hotel stupendo con 5 piscine di varie temperature molto grandi e molto confortevoli, tutta la struttura era pulitissima anche i prati che sono grandi e rilassanti. L'acqua era termale e perfetta, il servizio era eccellente e portato con grande cortesia. Infine la cena è stata fantastica a base di paella valenciana e pesce di prima categoria , tutto ad un ottimo prezzo.

Bel posto, servizio eccellente, soprattutto colazione e bar piscina li ho trovati di altissimo livello. Camera non particolarmente spaziosa, e con qualche problema di rumorosità sia esterna ( lato strada) sia impianti idrici delle camere sopra. Il tutto compensato abbondantemente dalla spa , piscine e servizio del personale.

E' stato un soggiorno piacevole,la camera pulita e spaziosa,il personale gentile e disponibile

Hotel fantastico dotato di 5 piscine con varie temperature parco immenso pulizia da 10 e lode e soprattutto area benessere fantastica..w.e. da sogno
