Great property, the staff is amazing. The amenities with a bar a restaurant and Hot Springs at their sister hotel. This is all within walking distance. It’s like being in a little movie set.

Amazing place to stay that is walking distance to loads of great spots. Breakfast is superb & staff are very helpful and attentive. The view from the beach with a limoncello spritz is amazing.

Exceptional friendly service

Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service, very clean and convenient located. I would have love to stay longer. The only thing missing in the hotel was a thermal pool otherwise everything was excellent.

Room and amenities could be updated more but it was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Staff very nice and helpful. Rooftop restaurant is gorgeous!

This was a great hotel with an unbelievable staff. The location was right on the water and near the Castle therefore plenty of options for dinner and site seeing. The room was great and breakfast each day was enjoyable. The beach staff was wonderful and helpful in all areas.

Loved the view and room!

Outstanding service from all the staff - from the front desk, to housekeeping, and the dutiful restaurant staff. The rooftop restaurant (Lampara) served delicious food and the wait staff were excellent. Our room, overlooking the sea and the Castelo, was spacious.

The location of the hotel is good and it has a great view of the castle and it is in a convenient location. As for this being a 5 star hotel, it is definitely not! The rooms are small, there is very little space to move around the room, even the larger rooms. The bathroom is small and badly designed, furniture is outdated, toiletries are nonexistent and limited number of towels. We continuously had to call to ask to conditioner, lotion and wash cloths. The breakfast had a great selection and the waiters were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was quite the opposite. Also for a 5 star hotel you would think they provide water free of charge as the water there is not drinkable, but they don’t and they expect you to pay $5/bottle. I would not stay there again, as they need to make a lot of improvements to become a 5 star hotel.

My stay was excellent, the room was spotless, and the staff in this hotel is topnotch. I loved interacting with Daniele at the reception and Antonio, breakfast, was incredible. Everyone is great. There's an inside heated pool in the hotel and there's another hotel around the corner with a thermal water pool that guests from Miramare e Castello can use - I did! My room had ocean view and I could see the castle too. I got some fantastic photos at night. The hotel is walking distance to the port, beach, Aragonese Castle and more. The only thing I did not like much was my mattress, but I think having harder mattresses is an Italian thing. I found the same on other hotels.

I think upgrading to a sea view or castle view room would’ve been a good idea My room faced the street but the windows kept out alot of noise

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Far from the port, but very walkable to the castle (15 mins) & there’s a cute pedestrian area with shops & restaurants on the way. The hotel was very nice with beautiful views, a private beach, & an excellent breakfast (plus, a bar and another restaurant, although we didn’t stay long enough to try them). If we come back, I would stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and right on the waterfront. It is in walking distance to the bus stop and many shops and restaurants. The hotel also has a wonderful breakfast buffet with excellent service. I also appreciate the small gym at the very top floor, that has an incredible view. Staff were very helpful, and i was always greeted and treated with respect.

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and very attentive. The rooms were very well appointed and the views of the ocean, beach and castle were spectacular. We also enjoyed our breakfast each morning and dinner on top of the hotel.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Superior Zimmer haben alle einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und das Castello. Das Hotel könnte sich bei den Kleinigkeiten mehr Mühe geben. Es sind keine Zeitungen in der Lobby vorhanden. Beim Fitnessstudio handelt es sich um 3 Geräte, die auf der Dachterrasse stehen und in die Sauna passen exakt 2 Personen.

the bathroom is terribly small for shower or answering nature calls comfortably - in my three million miles of travel, i cannot recall a worse bathroom in a luxury hotel; the bed is too small as is the room itself!
