das Hotel und das Zimmer sind sehr schön und der Zugang zum Meer ein Traum. Minuspunkte sind das wlan, das kaum zu gebrauchen war, die Gebühren für Strandhandtücher und das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Ansonsten alles super!

Excellent 4 star resort hotel. The location is beautiful, with a private part of the beach with a small bar, and a nice pool area and restaurant on the hill above next to the hotel. The condition of the facilities was spotless, the staff friendly and the price competitive. The only thing that was not quite up to expectations was the breakfast.

It is a very nice hotel. However, there was no shampoo and conditioner. When I inquired at the desk, one of the employees went out to buy me some! Now, that is service!

Super Beachresort direkt am Strand. Top Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal (spricht auch Deutsch und Englisch). Besonders sauber. Würden zukünftig wieder dort buchen.

We stayed at Modica Beach Resort for a couple of nights in May. It was a lovely hotel. Very clean, quiet, and modern. Comfortable big beds, nice linens/towels. The photos resemble everything exactly. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to help us when our ferry was cancelled. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Although they did not have a room service menu. There is not much to do in town, but we found a few restaurants and there are some nice beach bars. The beach is beautiful and they have a lovely boardwalk. I would recommend this resort if you are in SE Sicily.

Location fantastica , unica pecca ( se così si può dire ) la mancanza di un’area fitness , cosa strana visto che è una struttura moderna e di alto livello . Oltre questo posso solo dire 3 giorni molto rilassanti , il personale gentilissimo, sempre pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza . Consigliato !

The Modica Beach Resort is a nice and clean beach hotel. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms have good size and well kept. The swimming pool is very nice. The beach wider than many other beaches in Italy.

Beach and restaurant staff were very friendly and lovely, which I could not say about the ladies at reception. Breakfast is a 3/10, with even something as simple as coffee, to be terrible. Only from the machine, with the milk to be off 2 out of the 4 days. Charge 5 euro for the beach towel, which was not mentioned on the first day, and was only charged later on.

NEXT TO CLEAN BEACH, PRIVATE BEACH

The location is wonderful, you just need to cross a small and quiet road to access the swimming pool, restaurant and natural beach with dunes. Contrary to other comments, I thought the staff was quite friendly and attentive (at least once you asked them for something they were happy to follow your request!), some extremely friendly and helpful, others less! The same goes for the food, we had fine dinner there a few times, breakfast was also ok with a big selection of fruits, warm dishes, and especially sweet delights! As mentioned in other comments, Marina di Modica center is easily accessible by foot if you walk along the beach. Do not expect much, there are a few restaurants, Gelateria and one mini market, as well as a play ground at the end of the promenade! Cosy and perfect for a relaxing stay with the family.

Buona posizione fronte mare , camere easy , Wi-Fi spiaggia no , colazione da rifare livello basso sia qualità che servizio per un 4 stelle , spiaggia bella , bar spiaggia da migliorare offerta prodotti . Front Office bravi e reattivi ad ogni richiesta . Parcheggio esterno per ospiti quasi inesistente , non accettabile .

Struttura nuova e bella ma dalle camere alla piscina, ristorante e spiaggia bisogna attraversare strada. Il servizio ristorante sia per il cibo che per il servizio non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle. La spiaggia a pagamento con quello che si paga a notte è assurdo. Hanno aperto da poco più di un anno si devono fare!

Elegante resort strutturato in due corpi separati da una stradina,uno solo camere,l'altro ristorante, piscina e accesso al mare. Ambiente molto tranquillo nonostante la presenza di molti bambini piccoli. Alta percentuale di ospiti stranieri. Alla reception personale giovane, gentile, sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta, in particolare la Signora Federica. Camera ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort. La spiaggia privata era molto pulita, circondata da dune di sabbia molto sottile, con presenza fissa di bagnini anch'essi molto gentili ed educati e dotata di lettini molto confortevoli. La piscina era di acqua salata. Al ristorante veniva proposto un menu fisso a cui ogni giorno si affiancava quello consigliato dallo chef, anche se sembrava mancasse un tocco di fantasia. Le pecche però non sono mancate. A cominciare dal costo del servizio spiaggia non incluso nella camera la cui tariffa giornaliera era già considerevole, ma se poi si chiede dai 25 ai 45 euro al giorno per un ombrellone e due lettini, a seconda della fila scelta, siamo a livello di Taormina. Da migliorare sicuramente la gestione del personale al ristorante, che pur sempre molto gentile e premuroso, sembrava ogni sera in affanno. Sarebbe stato forse utile organizzare meglio il servizio per evitare a volte lunghe attese tra le portate.Carta dei vini variegata ma con ricarico leggermente eccessivo sull'effettivo costo considerato che le bevande erano a pagamento. Comunque è da consigliare sicuramente per l'insieme

Kundenservice war im Restaurant mangelhaft! Essen war auch nicht zufriedenstellend! Außerdem waren die Liegen/Sonnenschirme nicht inklusive! Das Zimmer roch nach nassen Hund 😡 Lage/ Einrichtung waren top.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a fun holiday. Positives - friendly reception staff and beautiful beach, clean and spacious rooms Negatives - air con didn’t work properly. No pool service. Average breakfast and average coffee. Overall a great location but need to do a little more to justify the cost
