This is by far the strangest hotel I've ever experienced. It's all concept but no real philosophy or consciousness in the execution. It's located in the middle of an industrial wasteland about 10km away, or a 18 min drive, from the airport. The spa baths and jacuzzi jets were lukewarm at best and shot cold water. The hot cold treatments seemed to only partially be operational. The faux-marble veneer on the reception desk was chipped, revealing cheap plaster. The art was often reproductions and bizarre. The rooms had complex panels of incomprehensible symbols which we could not understand what they were supposed to control. The food in the restaurant came to the table cold and the wait-staff made "are you crazy" faces when it was brought to their attention, although perhaps there were language barriers at play. The advertised shuttle to and from the airport is non-existent. You will have to scheudle and take a taxi. It's as if the owners are aliens from outer-space who have seen Star Trek and assume that is what life on Earth must be like, but do not understand what the humans need or want at all. But to their credit, the mattress at least was firm and not lumpy. It served it's function for a place to crash for an afternoon and overnight before we headed out in the early morning.

Toppen hotel

Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un établissement de 4 étoiles. Le personnel de restauration est à revoir. La douche met de l’eau partout, les prises électriques ne sont pas en bonne état. La tv était d’un usage restreint…

Room was great and the hotel in general was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, they had little bit of everything. We loved it. Only two things I think would make it even better are the bathroom door gives you no privacy at all specially if you’re traveling with kids and second the AC wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. Besides that place is pretty good.

Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Sauberkeit könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle besser sein. Besonders praktisch ist das Parken direkt vor dem Zimmer. Für Familien ist das Hotel gut geeignet.
