Wonderful stay at Nautilus hotel. The location cannot be beat along the beach and the room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. Staff very nice and helpful.

The public beach is across the street and the view from the balcony were excellent. ( very crowded on a weekend !) Drawbacks were the level of street noise from motorcycles and Friday night rock band playing on the street below the hotel until 1am. Breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Many restaurants within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at Nautilus Hotel. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, beach clubs, restaurants, and shops, making it a great base for exploring Giardini Naxos and Taormina. The only downside was the lack of storage space in the Classic Room. There wasn’t enough wardrobe or drawer space for clothes, which made it a little difficult to unpack during our stay. Apart from that, we had a very enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again.

There was basically no window, so pay extra for the sea view room

I stayed in an ocean front, hot tub room and was really surprised by how large the space was. Very clean. Had a mini-fridge (with items for purchase in it, but also space for your things), two loungers and a sofa on the deck, and double showers. The AC consistently worked, and I found the bed, towels, etc. to be high quality. We paid to park our rental car at the hotel which was a bit pricey, but they did essentially valet it for us; on-street parking was available, but we also visited during the shoulder season. The beach is directly across a small but busy street; it is a pebble/sand beach that can have high surf during windstorms, but it is perfect for most purposes. The one thing we wish we’d known before traveling: it is not really walking distance to much of interest. We saw other reviews claiming easy bus/train routes to the old town center, but that was not our experience. Even slightly handicapped or heat-sensitive travelers will find they either have to drive (a very curvy, tight) road to town (& pay for parking) or take taxis. If you want a true beach vacation—quieter, no “fine dining,” beach bar kinda time—then this is perfect. Note that it is in Naxos, not Taomorina. That said, we had a really lovely time, and the room was pretty perfect.

Todella siisti hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja aamiainen oli todella hyvä. Ainoa miinus rantakadulla kuuluva liikenteen melu ja ekana yönä läheisestä baarista kuulunut musiikinjytke aamuyöhön asti. Respan mukaan se ei ole yleistä eikä toisena yönä meteliä kyllä kuulunutkaan. Alueena muuten ei niin viihtyisä.

Zeer nette kamer, goed bed waar we echt goed in geslapen hebben. Waar mijn man meestal slecht slaapt in hotels, bij Nautilus geen gebroken nachten! Helaas waren de kamers met zeezicht vergeven, onze kamer met 1m2 balkonnetje keek uit op een steegje. Netjes, maar aan de achterkant een drukke straat. Het was prima. Het ontbijt was zeer verrassend goed, ruim, lekker en gevarieerd. Groot aanbod, netjes verzorgd. Heerlijk! Zeker een hotel om naar terug te komen, mochten we ooit Sicilië nog een bezoeken!

very very nice hotel. breakfast very good. very clean. great staff. only downside was noise, but that isn't the hotel's fault, they are between 2 busy roads. make sure you understand the rules for using the AC. all the doors/windows have to be shut securely, or the unit won't turn on.

Fabulous!!!! Super clean, terrific breakfast with hot and cold items The staff, especially Julia, made us feel right at home. Brava!!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back. Get an ocean view room, it's breathtaking. I give this place a solid 10 out of ten.
