We loved the location based on our needs. Plenty of restaurant options, super close to Milano Centrale, Hotel and staff were superb and we loved our stay there. They held our bags for us to explore the city after we checked out the next day. It was a great stay and really good value as well

Great hotel, the gym at this property is excellent and worth using if staying at this property. The air conditioning in the room is first class, especially when travelling in summer when temperatures are extremely high.

Muy bonito todo

Always found random hair in my room. My toilet did not flush properly. Called to have it fixed. No changes. Neighbors, very noisy. Staff unwelcoming and unhelpful. No one showed me around the property or even helped me up my room with my very large and heavy luggage. Limited food options around the hotel. Deserted area at night time. Felt unsafe walking back to hotel. Transport access also very limited. Will not be staying there in the future.

We came here for our our granddaughters wedding, she chose this hotel for us, and we couldn’t be more happy, everything was excellent, highly recommended

Terrible stay from start to finish. At check-in, we were the only guests but completely ignored by reception staff. In the middle of the night, the AC broke; reception promised to check for another room but never called back, leaving us to sleep in an overheated room. At check-out, I reported everything and got only “I’ll put a note” — no apology, no concern. Zero professionalism, zero follow-up, zero customer care.

This is a nice property with easy access to public transportation to get to the major sites. The bar is nice with great staff. The only minor inconvenience was because of some construction on property, the power would go off for brief moments. It wasn’t a big deal and understandable for work. I’d stay here again.

Worst service ever! Room wasn’t cleaned, we called 6 times for water in 12 hours and never got it with an explanation / we have a shortage of water, the phone wasn’t working. Milan in general went seriously downhill and this hotel definitely followed. Find a better place to stay

Pleasant room and outlook, but even deluxe rooms are small. We also found the room servicing and housekeeping left much to be desired. Room was never serviced before 4.30 pm! We were out from 9 am until 4 and they still had not serviced the room. Then even though we hung the towels up, indicating a desire to re use, they were taken and replaced with one towel, no hand towel and we were a couple! Tea and coffee cups were also not replaced. Day 2 the service was so late - 5.30 pm - we wanted to shower and get ready to go out, so we just asked for towels and cups but had no clean or make up. We were also charged 200 euro deposit on arrival even though we had fully paid for the room. Still waiting for the refund of the balance. Meanwhile NH Torino required no such deposit.
