The view from our hotel balcony was worth the price of the room. Very convenient to walk up to the Palace/fortress of Taormina, down to the main shopping street and across to the Roman amphitheater. Breakfast outstanding.

Köket håller väldigt hög kvalitet både till frukost, där viss del är bordsservering, roomservice 24-7 och deras kvällsrestaurang Zefiro. Oxkinden var bland den godaste vi ätit. Personalen var mån om att vi var nöjda och kollade av flera gånger att allt var bra under vår vecka. Personalen är väldigt kundvänlig, fint bemötande och är omsorgsfulla. För oss var Eleonora på Guest service, Monika i restaurangen och Alexandera på städ fantastiska. Deras leende och omsorg bär vi med oss!

This is an amazing location with a view over Taormina and the ocean. The manager Alberto took care of everything we needed and asked for! Angelo, who is everything, everywhere, all at once, also assisted with suggestions, recommendations and just great conversation about family and life. Even the doorman was a familiar face, as we were coming and going from the hotel at all hours. The breakfast here is wonderful with plenty of options from classic Italian to ala carte eggs, pancakes etc. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had 2 balconies to overlook the town and view of the Greek Roman Theatre. There’s an outdoor pool above the lobby and spa services available. I can’t wait to stay here again. It will feel like visiting old friends…

From the moment we stepped foot in the NH Collection Taormina we were treated amazingly. We were given a briefing and showed a map (with lots of great recommendation's) from the concierge staff, which really helped us get a great grasp on what to see and do in the area; with only a few days there this was really helpful. The hotel itself is stunning & the room we stayed in was gorgeous with amazing views and all the luxury you could imagine. We will 100% be back and give rave reviews to anyone who wants to listen! :) Thanks for making our stay unforgettable.

While fine, this hotel is not a 5 star hotel by any stretch, The gym was underwhelming, the pool looked tired as did the lobby areas. Rooms were nice by very small. It just didn’t have a high level of amenity. It was just ok, but it is priced like a much nicer hotel.

My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Very walkable but far enough away from the main crowded street. The staff were excellent! They even helped us get a reservation that were struggling to get and brought hot water with lots of lemons and honey when my throat was bothering me. Breakfast was also a highlight!
