Very convenient close to the port and train starion

Ho soggiornato solo una notte con la mia famiglia un una junior suite, ed è stato tutto in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel del genere. Livello di servizi e qualità molto alta, allestimento della stanza impeccabile, personale gentile e disponibile. Un punto di riferimento.

Excelente localização e atendimento

Excelente atención del personal de recepción, desayuno variado y muy completo, la habitación muy confortable y amplia. Es muy facil y rápido llegar a la estación de tren y autobus. También está muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad. Me quedaría nuevamente

Ho chiesto una camera silenziosa, perché dovevo recuperare il sonno dopo un lungo viaggio, e mi hanno richiesto un upgrade da 22 euro oltre la tariffa già pagata. L’indomani (domenica) sono stato svegliato alle 7.30 per i lavori di impermeabilizzazione eseguiti sotto la mia finestra (a 40 cm dal mio letto) sul lastrico solare di proprietà dell’albergo! Impossibile che il personale in reception non sapesse dei lavori previsti dall’azienda alberghiera di domenica! Pessimo servizio da un albergo a 4 stelle…

Das Hotel liegt an einer 4spurigen Strasse die die City und den Hafen bedient, allerdings nur wenige hundert Meter vom Triest Centrale entfernt. Es hat Schallschutzfenster und unser Hotelzimmer war tiptop renoviert. Badezimmer sehr neu das Bett angenehm fest und gross. Das Frühstück hat von Süss über Gesund bis Herzhaft ein gutes Angebot. Die Servicekräfte sind überall hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wichtiges Argument für uns, war der 24- Std. Checkin, da wir erst gegen 24 Uhr einchecken konnten. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt bzw.am Hafen.

Sabrina and her colleagues at the front desk were AMAZING!!! Even when they were busy with heavy check-in times they were always super hospitable. However, Erico, the bartender, ruined the vibe. Here's what happened. On Saturday evening we saw an unattended table with food in the bar, which was filled with happy guests. Just back from a long day, we brought the food back to our room. There was no sign that it was for a private event, so we assumed it was "happy hour bar food" for all. Later, when we left for dinner, I dropped the dishes off. Ericho started speaking to me in a loud tone as if scolding a child asking questions such as "what made you think you could take that food?" and "Who told you it was okay to take that?" He did not allow me to provide a full response and never did explain what we had done wrong. Was this for a special event? Were we supposed to have paid? (There were no signs indicating either.) This was very embarrassing.

Beautiful area close to highlights of Trieste.
