Almost allnit was good
They didn’t prepare my room as per my booking and we should wait until the room get ready.
I asked a free drink during waiting time but never get it but all it was good staff very friendly

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating and the rooms were nice , however you could tell they were run down a little with no renovations completed recently. Dirty walls, random plaster spots on bathroom door, shower stains on tiles.
This is mostly just from. Long time usage without proper maintenance.
Overall it was a good stay and worth the price and location alone if you don’t want to stay directly in Venice.

Great location, across few restaurants, walking distance to store. While a nice property , some visible wear and tear on furniture, walls.
Bfast bufet , was good with decent choices, but dinner menu was limited, with plain burger consting 26euros!
Overall good experience for one night.

The hotel is in a convenient location for accessing Venice but the hotel is dated and needs significant investment and renovation. It may have been world class in the 1990s but worn carpets, disfunctional electrical outlets, poor heating/cooling system, and a very poorly lit and dodgy underground parking area make it an economic - but not ideal holiday choice. However the staff are helpful, pleasant and able to respond in multiple languages.

The hotel area was good but not much around it. The bus station was right in front of the hotel which was convenient. It was about 15 minutes bus ride to the island.
The hotel itself was not equipped with advanced facilities the air conditioning was very old and had to be turned on by the hotel in reception area!
The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Staff were rude and not helpful rooms dated bus stop outside hotel but finishes at 6.45pm no use if you are in Venice for dinner etc not convenient at all 15 minutes bus journey but if you get another bus which is later at night you need to get off the bus and walk 10/15 minutes to the hotel 2 females we didn’t feel that safe!

Not much to do around the hotel, shopping or restaurant wise. Fortunately the bus stop was only a few blocks away so we were able to access bus too take us to Venice city. Was OK for only a 2 day stay

Property check in was easy, but then was the room and hotel it self.
1. Room was gross. Didn’t want to walk on the floors without shoes. Carpets are allllllll stained.. all different colors shapes and sizes
2. Walk in shower was gross and sticky. I cleaned mine out and bathed my kids in it.
3. Fountain hasn’t worked in years
4. Breakfast was gross
5. AC barely worked and it was hot..
I do not recommend and if you can cancel now (if you have booking), do so and pay a little more elsewhere.

The property is very run down and the cleanliness was horrific. We had mold in the shower and the toilet was soiled when we first arrived in the room.
