las fotos no son la realidad las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, al hacer el check in me dieron otra habitación que no era, tuve que perder tiempo y luchar por que mejoraran la habitación.

So kalt im Zimmer, dass meine Frau in den Kleidern schlief. Es wurde aufgrund der Tatsache, dass der Oktober noch als Sommer gilt, keine Heizung angestellt. Wir erhielten Decken, die nicht bezogen waren. Sonst wirklich schönes, grosses Zimmer.

Quarto ótimo, mas o banho estava gelado. Não tinha água quente. Hotel sem estacionamento,problematico para descarregar ainda mais que estava chovendo. Não voltaria

Etwas schwierig mit dem PKW zu erreichen, hat sich aber gelohnt! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück am Tisch serviert! 😊

Gli appartamenti/suite sono belli/e, ma è piuttosto difficile parcheggiare sopratutto per scaricale le valigie dato che l’hotel è in una zona pedonale e ha solo una zona scarico e carico (spesso occupata). Inoltre, non è menzionato che il parcheggio più vicino è a 10 min a piedi dall’hotel e non è così scontato che ci sia posto. L’alternativa è il car valet, con garage dell’hotel. Comunque l’hotel è bello e consigliato.

Very comfortable and spacious.

Very good breakfast and very comfortable room and bed. We did not have in the room bathrobes, but they provided us upon request . Very challenging with parking. Was not very clear in the reservation how to proceed with the parking. They have a valet parking service, but you need to pay 30 EUR.

Excellent option to discover the city. The beautiful historical building is located in a pedestrian zone and consists of modern nicely furnished apartments. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Det stod ikke tydeligt at man skulle tjekke ind på et andet hotel. Der stod at der var parkering på hotellet - det var der ikke. De kunne tilbyde en service for 30 euro pr dag, hvor ens bil blev hentet og kørt i en ekstern garage. Ellers kunne man parkere i en offentlig parkeringsplads et godt stykke fra hotellet. De taler engelsk men har ikke helt styr på tallene. De sagde 6 euro men mente 16 og sagde 13 men mente 30 euro. Bed dem om at skrive tallene på papir så man undgår misforståelser. Da vi skulle afregne på sidst dag gav de os en forkert regning. Sidst men ikke mindst så var lejligheden beskidt og slidt.

If driving to the Palace Suite, check-in is a bit of challenge, as they have limited short term parking to upload your baggage as it is 1 block over from the hotel entrance. Outside this, the room was wonderful and in walking distance of other points of interest.

I stayed with my wife and kids evereyone 😍 LOVED The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable Rooms extremelly nice and clean Delicious breakfest with fresh made juices my kids loved it Very convenient free transportaion to the airport I Highly recommend

AC needed a bit of tweaking to be cooler The hotel continental staff were very helpful however i would suggest a complete briefing on the apartment once there Otherwise a wonderful stay

Zimmer nicht wie auf Fotos. Schon ziemlich abgewohnt.

There was terrible service and the attendants at the check in counter barely spoke English. Also there was no shuttle service to the hotel. There was no communication telling us to checkin at a different hotel than the one we were staying it. Not worth the money at all…
