When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over with a great personality and making sure the buffet had a good variety. We were able to start our day meeting our tour groups at the Piazza del Popolo or grabbing a taxi within a few steps by the twin churches in the event of a long distance meeting place. There also is a terminal across the piazza and through the Porta del Popolo. The bed was comfortable, smart television with streaming options, and each room has unique features and designed uniquely for each of the room classes. Our room type was the Deluxe Room. Plenty of floor space and a sleeper sofa bed in each room.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant area, just a five-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. The service was satisfactory, and the rooftop bar was particularly enjoyable. It is a small hotel with a distinctive shabby chic style, which we found somewhat unusual due to the many mirrors throughout the property. Our room was comfortable and helped make our stay pleasant. Although it was rather small, it had a private balcony, which was a lovely feature. Breakfast was good, though it was served in a rather cold and oddly decorated room. Overall, the rooftop bar and our nice room made our stay enjoyable, but unfortunately, the hotel as a whole was not among our favorites.

The hotel was amazing, one of the best I've had the pleasure staying at. Arian, Yassen and Sandro were brilliant in terms of providing exceptional service and hospitality. The rooms always smelled extremely nice, housekeeping was always available and complimentary drinks were given to us at the start of our check in. The staff went out of the way to always make sure we were cared for during our honeymoon stay. The rooftop terrace was sublime overlooking some spectacular scenery. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend the deluxe room.

Loved this property. It’s smaller than you might think but not the rooms. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious! Of we stayed in the penthouse! Breakfast spread was incredible. Staff was also extremely helpful.

This was my second time staying at Palazzo Nainer in Rome. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The room amenities were nicely done and the room was comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent. You can’t find a better location from which to explore the history of this city

Awesome stay. Great location for this boutique hotel close to many of the famous sights within walking distance. Room was spacious for family of four and the roof top bar has great views too. The staff really make the difference too, from Madeline at breakfast who cooks and serves you with a great smile and warm welcome to Stefano on the front desk and also Yassin who can recommend some perfect places to eat whatever you are after. Can highly recommend this place.
