This hotel was a WOW I every way; room, location, service. I’ve been to a lot of 5 star hotels and this one was at the top

This was one of the best hotel of our 12 day trip. The place is unbelievable, beautiful. The room was very spacious and everything look respectable. The building itself is an old historical building which we loved. The staff was amazing and also the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anything.

The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. Without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Palazzo is stunning and Alfonso, Francesca, Matteo and all the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was exemplary. From the moment of arrival with a welcome cool towel and fresh juice to collecting our car from the car park and packing it for us, they made us feel very special and welcome. I was even given a delicious piece of still warm chocolate cake whilst sitting reading my book. Perfecto! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and everything to see and do is walkable from the hotel. We can’t recommend it highly enough. We loved every second of our stay there.

Excellent stay at Palazzo Saint’Anna. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. A shame we were only there for one night. We will come back for sure.

I book over 200 hotel nights per year. For the first time ever in life I rate a hotel 10/10. Really everything is perfect, to the smallest detail. Rooms, design, cleaning, breakfast service. 100% +X. The personnel are like friends I would immediately invite for dinner to my house. Thank you to everyone.

The staff were amazing. From the moment we walked in, Matteo, Alfonso, Mansi were so warm and welcoming and seemed that they genuinely cared. Claudia in the wellness spa had such good energy and kindness as well. We would stay here again and am recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The best boutique hotel we’ve ever stayed at! This magical little gem truly stole our hearts. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed — warm, kind, and attentive to every detail. We spent a few days here celebrating our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The level of service and care was beyond anything we expected. It honestly felt like staying in a fairytale castle! The team gave us amazing local recommendations and even took care of booking our beach day at Togo Bay, which was such a highlight of our trip. We can’t thank them enough for making our honeymoon so memorable. We’ll be dreaming of this place for a long time, and can’t wait to come back!

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed. The staff is super attentive, friendly, helpful, and pro-active with suggestions and tips. Service was exceptional. Steps away from major restaurants, shopping. Spa wellness center was a key highlight. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very fresh. Would absolutely recommend to others and will return on future trips to Lecce.

Unique property, former convent. Only 17 rooms with the picturesque courtyard in the middle. Huge dining room with long comment table for breakfast or dinner. Breakfast has lots of options, however, eggs are always overcooked, even when specified not to cook them too much. Rooms are interesting With windows at the top that shed very little light, a bit cavernous, which makes it unique. If you’re claustrophobic, you may need to ask for rooms with actual windows and sunlight. One negative is shower was open and splashed water all over the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always there for advice, reservations, and anything else that’s needed. Fletcher itself is cute to visit for a few nights. It’s inland so during the day it’s very very hot and almost unbearable to walk. All the shops and Man restaurants are closed from 1 PM till five or six in the evening When they reopen for dinner. Hotel is located inside city walls with limited car traffic. We opted for valet hotel parking for €30 a night, which is miney well spent since you avoid hassle of finding your own spot.

I loved everything about this property. Beautiful with excellent service and a fabulous vibe. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

The staff was unbelievable, so kind and helpful. The property is so well maintained and clean. We had amazing breakfasts and snacks delivered to the room daily. It was one of our favourite experiences in a hotel. We highly recommend it.
