We stayed over for a night after visiting Florence and getting a flight from Milan the morning after. I was very pleasantly surprised, the room was very clean, very spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was fantastic.
It's in an area of Milan slightly outside the main city centre, which meant it was quieter than staying central but an area still with some fantastic shopping and lots of Milan charm. There is a convenience store about a one minute walk away. It's also only a ten minute walk from the metro if you want to get anywhere.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and if (probably when) I return to Milan I'll definitely consider a longer stay here.

酒店位置很好，离地铁站很近，附近公交也很方便。酒店坐落在米兰的写字楼和住宅区，前面就是一条商业街。前台人员非常好，我们每天都要找他们打热水，他们都十分热心。如果房间能提供热水壶就更棒了。

It's in an area of Milan slightly outside the main city centre, which meant it was quieter than staying central but an area still with some fantastic shopping and lots of Milan charm. There is a convenience store about a one minute walk away. It's also only a ten minute walk from the metro if you want to get anywhere.

Bem localizado, boa região ,segura ,restaurantes e lojas nos arredores .
Tem um ótimo mercado na frente, linha do metrô próxima 10 minutos a pé .
Cama razoável muito dura, toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade .
Banheiro com secador e disponível itens sustentáveis como shampoo ,sabonete , touca de banho ,escova dente ,kit costura , eu amei .
Tem cofre no quarto e frigobar .
Quarto grande e espaçoso .
No hotel tem disponível , cafés ,água e até um café da manhã não inclusos ,mas são cômodos

This is not a hotel in the traditional sense in that it is on the second floor of a residential building. However, it has charming friendly staff on reception 24/7. The rooms are simple but a reasonable size and spotlessly clean. I was lucky enough to get a room with a cute balcony.
Very well positioned for public transport and also walking to most of the tourist sites.
Being a solo traveller it was an excellent price point. I really couldn’t fault it.
Oh and ps extra points for providing eco friendly products in the bath room.

The check in process was confusing and the front desk rep didn't seem to have the patience to communicate. She asked us to pay the whole balance due when doing check-in. However, after we checked out the hotel and came back to our country, we found that the hotel put additional charge to our credit card with only an email notification saying "... the amount charged did not correspond to the amount of the booking ...". No billing details.

We just left today and couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and comfortable. The person who helped check us in and with our bags was so very helpful and kind. Easy to get to the metro and nearby restaurants. Would stay here again!

We stayed room only. The room was very clean , small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed was a bit hard but I don’t mind that. Shower room was ok with toiletries and even a toothbrush. Air con in room was noisy and the bathroom extractor fan was very efficient but loud. It is quiet location, we walked into the tourist areas in about 25 mins. There is a nearby tram stop and metro station about 10 mins away, but we found waiting around was wasting our time so preferred to walk.

Quiet hotel, in reach of cafe and 10 minutes to the metro. However, the bathroom door was off the hinge and difficult to open/close. The kind of problem they will be well aware of, so don’t bother to raise it as we were only there for a few nights
