Papadopoli 酒店 威尼斯 - MGallery Collection

A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see only 1 room in the floor plan. The room is a "Suite" but no view, very dark. It seems like it is not a regular hotel guest room. I felt very uncomfortable and request to change room or change to my original room type within 5 mins. My reason is the room is only 1 room in that floor, next to kitchen and very dark. The staff refuse to change room and we have no choice to stay 1 night and cancel the 2nd night. (Originally we book 2 nights.) I think the major problem was the manager don't let us check the room first. Just provide a big discount as response to attract you to take the offer.

房間很舒適，就是服務方面比較死板，當天跟酒店說明不需要清潔房間，晚上向酒店提出需要送2支飲用水時被告知因爲只有在清潔房時提供的支裝水免費，現在的話需要付費。

We are really appreciated the sweet " gift" from the hotel management. The champine and strawberries made our day. The hotel is allegant with floral smell all around the corner. We can tell it is a high class hotel with the worth money sending. Room is clean and tidy. A Special thanks to the housekeeping.

距離車站並不算太遠，約15分鐘路程吧！附近環境不錯，住的房間可以看見河道，房間也很大。樓下reception的英文不錯，亦樂於協助。只是老公說房間的地毯好像有點髒。不過總括而言這酒店還是不錯的。

The restaurant is Great. However, the room is small and old. Hygience is also a problem. I found some hairs in the bathroom.

入住當天剛好是我的生日,晚上飯店準備了香檳送到房間,給了我很大的驚喜,飯店的bar的餐點(羊排和義大利麵)都非常好吃,早餐的牛肉也很好吃, 入住兩晚覺得很不錯,可惜check out當天下雨,飯店淹水,拖著大行李要去搭火車有點不方便,必須請當地的人力拖車幫我們運送(兩件大型理收費單趟15歐)價錢算合理,但飯店沒有配合,要自己找!這點比較可惜~其他我都很滿意!是個我還會再回去住的飯店!

The room is just the same as its name -- luxury room. Though it's just at the road, we will not feel there's too many noise or something else, but just enjoy the alley canal view very much. We will recommend you to stay there for your vacation definitely. But we wish to receive more smiles of the counter staff next time.

Unhappy stay, as the hotel required us to pay extra EUR50 for breakfast. When we booked on the web, it stated that the breakfast were included. However, the wording on the voucher was not stated clearly, just "Breakfast....". The hotel did not endorse this and the frontdesk personnel did not tell us when we check-in. Until we checked out, they asked us to pay.

This must be one of the nicer hotels in this part of Venice. Our room was more spacious than I expected. The area around the hotel is filled with souvenir shops and food establishments.

Papadopoli Hotel Venezia – MGallery Collection was excellent in every way: the location, the comfort, and the service were all outstanding. The only small issue was the low water pressure in the shower. If that is improved, this would easily be a true five-star hotel exp

We had an amazing time in Venize and this hotlel was a gem right as you cross onto the main city island of Venice. Just across from the train station with quick access tot he water taxi system and travel around the Canal. The room was beutiful, the staff was excellent. We upgraded to a private balcony where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning, watching People as they explored the canal. We would definetly stay again. Jamison H Puyallup WA

Great location 5 minute walk from the airport bus drop off parking lot. Canal wrapped around the hotel.

Altid en fornøjelse at bo på hotellet. Alt er skønt omkring det.

When we arrived they only had 1 room instead of 2 They had made an error.......took a bit of time and they did find an additional room for us. Its a good thing we had written conformation with us.

Could improve services

Gorgeous facility well placed in the city. we had an issue with plumbing in our room, but the staff was perfect and how they handled it. Gorgeous balcony. Loved it!

This is over rated property.
