Excellent hôtel dans sa globalité. Le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Piscine avec vue sur la montagne d’un côté et la mer de l’autre. Parking gratuit. Je recommande sans hésiter

The Hotel is in a good location, it’s an uphill walk coming from the Cala Gonone beach so bare that in mind if you have mobility issues. The pool is amazing and good prices at the bar. A little disappointed with the food. Breakfast could have a better variety of breads and deli meats, only one type of cheese. Pastries all a bit bland, coffee was good though. We were there during Ferragosto and we were told the hotel prepares a special dinner for that. So we’ve decided to give it a chance but unfortunately there was nothing special about it, quite the opposite. Our room description said it had a balcony, but it was actually an area outside the our room and shared with another room. And the shower enclosure was tiny, so if you’re tall or have broad shoulders like me it will be a struggle.

Hôtel très joli, bien entretenu avec un personnel sympathique. Le barman est formidable, très gentil et toujours de bons conseils. C'est dommage pour la chambre qui était très petite surtout pour accéder à la salle de bain....

Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros.

Hotel vieillot , douche miniscule ,pas de VMC ça sent le moisi .ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles pour moi .petit déjeuner correct .service correct

This is a pleasant hotel run by very hardworking, friendly and welcoming people. The hotel seems to mainly attract Italian travellers but they worked hard to accommodate us English-only speakers. The rooms are clean and basic but many have excellent views of the Cala Gonone bay. A shuttle is offered to town and the beach but it is only a 5-minute walk so we never used it. There is regular music by the pool which usually stops at a reasonable hour for sleeping. Breakfast is, like most Italian hotels, basic. The resort is cash-free so if you are not all-inclusive you need to pre-pay onto a charge card for the bar and dinner, which is essentially a single-seating buffet affair where you are given the same table every night. Everyone turns up religiously at 19:30 and raids the barbecue, which happens every night and has a good and varying range of meat and fish. There is no official parking but unless you are unlucky you should get a free space outside on the street (not the blue spaces).

We handed over our passports at the start of our 2 day stay. Being from the UK, we're not used to doing this. Although it's standard practice in Italy, the hotel normally just notes the details and gives them back. The passports were not given back to us when we checked out. We forgot to ask for them, admittedly, but I'm astonished the hotel forgot to give them back. They didn't even call us to tell us they still had them. It was only when we got to our next hotel 2.5 hours drive away that we realised. We had to drive all the way back. We got a vague apology from the girl on the desk, nothing from the management (who weren't to be seen on our return). What's more, passports are kept in open pigeonholes behind the front desk - i.e. the security of these important documents is terrible. We won't be going back.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at this family resort. They had great activities for the kids and the one thing that I would suggest is to have one animatrice who speaks decent English. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The pool is lovely and of course the boat excursions are the main draw to Cala Gognone. We will definitely come back again and hopefully not in June as it's still a bit tricky with the weather. July would be the ideal time before the Italians go on holiday full force in August. Really great location and walking distance to the best seafood restaurant in town, ristorante da Graziano.

The hotel per see was nice, most rooms had sea view and the breakfast was ok. I was there on a leisure trip and although the hotel is indeed very close to the beach, it is uphill so it makes the walk back a bit difficult. Usually one bases in Cala Gonnone to go to the nice beaches in the area so my personal recommendation if you do not need a pool, to stay closer to the lungomare/port.

Für 4 Personen ist das Familienzimmer zu klein! Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Alles waren sehr freundlich

Very enjoyable stay in this well equipped hotel just a short walk from the beach and restaurants on the front. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were very accomodating when we asked to change rooms. (On arrival we were shown to a room overlooking the road, but as we could see the hotel was not at all busy we asked to be moved to the otherside and ended up with one overlooking the pool giving us a view of both the mountains and the sea which was great). On the down side this room was very small and the bed was not at all comfortable with one v thin pillow each and a hard mattress (having backpacked around the world I am more than used to dodgey beds but I expected more from a 4 star hotel). We were there in October and it was v quiet but I imagine in the summer it would be packed with families as there was lots of activities for kids (something to bear in mind if you are looking for a quiet stay). Overall, we enjoyed it and would return.

Die Chefin und die Angestellten waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da es Ende Saison war, hatte es nur noch wenige Gäste. Somit gab es am Abend kein Buffet mehr. Auf Wunsch konnte man trotzdem dort essen. Wir bekamen ein 4-Gang Menu (auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt) inkl Mineral und Wein zu einem sehr günstigen Preis.

tres agreable et plutôt calme hors saison ma decision pour sejourner dans cet hotel était due en grande partie a un tarif promotionnel et cela fut une vraie belle surprise

Zwembad was goed onderhouden en altijd iemand zeer behulpzaam en aanwezig voor het klaar zetten van de bedjes. Het ontbijt was niet lekker, niet alles was vers. Vaste plaatsen bij het ontbijt, waarbij groepen en Italianen voorrang krijgen op de plaatsen op het terras, de andere gasten kregen een plaats binnen. Binnen zitten is zeer ongezellig. Hotel is behoorlijk verouderd maar prijs was redelijk ten opzichte van de kwaliteit van de kamer. De kamer werd goed schoongemaakt. Het bed was erg hard. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.

et ok hotel, men et rigtigt familie hotel, medmusik og aktiviteter hele dagen ved swimmingpoolen som dog alt sammen foregik på italiensk. Der var efter vores opfattelse for meget støj fra musik, og børneunderholdere. derudover lå vores værelset lige ved siden af ventilatoren til køkkenet så vi ikke kunne have åbne dør når den kørte. Vil ikke anbefale stedet til voksne mennesker uden børn, medmindre man vi føle sig midt i en børne have.
