Esperienza positiva nel complesso, ma ci sarebbero alcuni dettagli da rivedere, tra cui la cura per la camera date le 4 stelle dell’hotel.

Camera: La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa a sufficienza e ben dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione: Purtroppo una grande delusione. La colazione era prevista fino alle 10:00, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 09:10 al buffet erano rimasti soltanto un piccolo cornetto, un pezzo di torta e dell’acqua. Nessun pane, uova, altri cornetti, torte o affettati. Abbiamo chiesto più volte quando sarebbe stato rifornito il buffet e la risposta è stata sempre “tra 5 minuti”, ma l’unica cosa aggiunta è stata un po’ di salame che, essendo incinta, non potevo consumare. Dopo la quarta richiesta ci è stato semplicemente detto che la colazione terminava alle 10:00. Troviamo questa risposta inaccettabile, considerando che eravamo presenti già da 40 minuti senza poter fare colazione. Nel complesso, il servizio colazione è stato pessimo e assolutamente non all’altezza.

Nice room but far from center city and metro.

Comfortable rooms and impecable sheets but the best was the shower. There is a good private parking inside the building.

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in questa struttura. Pulizia e cordialità eccezionali . Personale in reception educati e professionale . Sara simpatica e bella , quando tornerò a Milano lo riprenderò seriamente in considerazione . Consigliato

Super ophold og god service fra personale i receptionen. Eneste lille minus var morgenmaden. Første da kl 7:45 var der halv tomt og der blev ikke fyldt op trods personalet gik rundt. Og røræg skal de øve sig på. det skal ikke have så meget det er som gummi og helt mørkt/grøn i farven :)

Lit Très confortable et personnel accueillant mais petit-déjeuner pas top et sanitaires vintage et pas très propres.

Todo perfecto, excellent las inhalations y limpia. Solo que el desayuno no tenían la atención necesaria y estaba muy escaso en variedad de comida, muchas veces no había surtían la bufet cuando se acabada. Pero todo lo demás súper bueno. Gracias.

We stay a total of 4 nights, , ,the first two were above average. 3.5-4 stars, the room was in a good condition, there were a couple of minor repairs, that if fixed, it will have made it an excellent 4 stars room. We left for a week and returned for our secind two nights, but this time we were given a toom that was at the most a 2.5 start rating. The room was at the most 150 sq ft. We have asked for a triple room, so we got two single beds paired together and a rollaway bed that was very difficult to walk between beds. The bathroom was grossed molded and holes on the walls as if previous fixtures have been removed or exchanged by smaller or different type. The in-room mini bar was inoperable. When I asked the front desk to move to another room do to the room not being what i had expected, i was told that changing rooms was not possible, but that at least the minibar could be exchanged for a working one. But in order to have it exchanged, we must leave the room. We agreed to at least have a working fridge, but the new one was just as old that tooked all night to barely feel slightly cool. The staff offered ice buckets to keep our food and drinks cold, because apparantly, there were no other working fridges. The hotel has a 4 star rating, someone should go back and update their review and recategorized them. You cannot advertise a 4 star hotel when only a few rooms are and the rest are a crapy place Tried uploading pics but the system is not allowing me to post them.
