The owner and staff were extraordinarily helpful with personalized attention concerning touring the area. Rooms spotless and functional (adjustable bed for elevated head or feet). No elevator so only stay if you can climb stairs to your room. Great views from room.

This hotel room, service, and overall experience were phenomenal!
Chiara was very communicative and accommodating, but Jimena, whom met me at the time I arrived, was simply the best! She gave me lots of information about local transportation and how to get to places, as well as great tips for tourism.
I'm not sure what I was expecting as far as the room, but the room was simply excellent! It was modern, very clean, very comfortable bed, outstanding showerhead and features, great bathroom, snack bar, and water. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and overall wonderful people that made my stay much better than expected. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Che dire? Un'esperienza meravigliosa. La gentilezza di Chiara e il marito, persone che non hanno soli in gestione un hotel familiare, ma hanno la missione di far sentire a casa i loro ospiti. La mia stanza era piccola perché viaggiavo da sola, ma sono stata benissimo e ci torneró. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura, per la cura estetica, la posizione, ma soprattutto l'umanitá meravigliosa di queste persone. Grazie di cuore. Angela

A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center and the University of Perugia. The hosts, Chiara and Roberto, were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me during my visit. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

A lovely family hotel in the heart of Perugia. A very friendly and helpful host who provided the warmest welcome and was instrumental in booking a taxi to the airport. The rooms have nice views towards old town and the picturesque hills around Perugia. The city itself is a pleasant surprise, with its etruscan past, fine chocolate and cafe culture. Both street food and restaurants are not to be missed.

This room was delightful. The photos don't do it justice. Warning the room is up 3 to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) but it is 100% worth it. The large private terrace and the views are amazing.

Nossa experiencia foi maravilhosa. A senhora Chiara, que nos recepcionou e acolheu, foi muito atenciosa. É extremamente simpatica e nos deu muitas dicas. O quarto é de tamanho bom, limpo, banheiro com um chuveiro maravilhoso. A localizacao é excelente tanto para ir a praça central como para pegar escadas rolantes e mini metrô para estação ferroviaria. E sempre tem um mimo de cafe da manha e agua mineral no frigobar. Super recomendo!!!

Stayed here for two separate weekends and loved it! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the location is near the center and the minimeteo making it easy to move around and explore. Lots of dining options nearby and the beds!! Oh the beds were so comfortable best sleep I had on my trip. Highly recommend this hotel and it is worth all the stairs to get there lol
