Amazing property - highly recommend the balcony room option that overlooks the olive trees! Perfect place to relax and unwind!

Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem wirklich tollen Hotel verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Positiv: • Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Personal super freundlich sowie großzügig. • Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach sensationell. • Besonders gefallen haben uns die kleine Küche und der tolle Balkon, den wir abends immer nutzen konnten. Verbesserungswürdig: • Wer erst ab 09:15 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, wird feststellen, dass nicht mehr alles verfügbar ist. Hier muss man ausdrücklich beim Service nachfragen, ob bestimmte Speisen noch nachgereicht werden können. Ein Frühstück, das offiziell bis 10 Uhr angeboten wird, sollte bis kurz vor Schluss vollständig aufgefüllt sein. • Außerdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass tagsüber jemand regelmäßig den Pool kontrolliert und mit einem Kescher die Insekten entfernt. So könnte der Pool noch einladender und gepflegter wirken. Fazit: Abgesehen davon ein klasse Hotel, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Beautiful hotel, clean with amazing views of the country side and nice poolside. Highly recommend adding on breakfast - high quality buffet with countless choices and barista making coffee drink of your choice. Note that the pool is not heated therefore could not swim beginning of June. Gym is scarcely equipped, would not count on using it. Excellent location to visit Noto valley if you have a car, however everything is 15-20mins away and no places to take a walk without driving. Staff very friendly. Overall highly recommend if above fits your needs.

Frühstück war toll

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Das Personal war nett. Leider war das Frühstück nicht dem Preis angemessen (Auswahl und Hygiene). Zudem finden in der Unterkunft auch andere Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Messen oder Geburtstage statt. Es fühlt sich ein wenig komisch an, am Pool zu liegen, wenn direkt daneben eine offizielle Veranstaltung stattfindet.

The hotel grounds and pool are beautiful, and the room was spacious, equipped with a coffee machine and a small kitchenette. We appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival, and the room had good air conditioning. The bed was fine, though the pillows could be more comfortable. Breakfast was generally nice, but on the first day, they didn’t have any juice or butter. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, and the servers were excellent—especially Gonzalo, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We encountered a small issue regarding the sauna. Although there was no mention of an additional fee in our booking, we were informed it would cost 30 euros per person for one hour. After discussing this with the receptionist, she brought it to the manager’s attention, and they kindly offered us complimentary access. Be aware that the wellness facility is only open from 3 pm to 8 pm, and advance booking is required. It would be better if this space were open to all hotel guests without extra charges. This would be appreciated and go a long way with guests. the olive oil produced on-site is amazing, and we highly recommend taking some home. An overall lovely stay

hotel era bom, mas café da manha deixou muito a desejar. Chegando cedo, muita coisa não estava pronta. Chegando tarde, muita coisa faltava reposição. Equipe sem vontade e muito desorganizada no café da manhã. Os demais pontos, hotel ok

Wonderfull large rooms facing the mountain and sea. Place is tranquil. Eat here as fantastic. Nothing near unless 15 min by car

Arrivé avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme mais lorsque nous avons récupéré la chambre 101, c’est très vite retombé ! Chambre triste et très en dessous des photos qui nous avaient fait craqué au départ. Dès le lendemain, l’hôtel a bien réagi en nous transférant dans le nouveau bâtiment et la chambre 402 (de la même catégorie De Luxe) où objectivement il n’y avait rien à dire de négatif bien au contraire. En gros, heureusement que nous sommes allés nous plaindre et que l’hôtel n’était pas full car sinon le séjour ne se serait pas passé de la même façon.

Fantastic location! Pool and breakfast brilliant. Our room was above the kitchen and it was a bit loud as they had a wedding in the evening. Beds not super comfortable. Overall strong recommendation.

A wonderful place to stay and recharge after spending the day touring the region. Staff were very helpful and attentive and breakfasts were outstanding. The view of the valley below and the Med. in the distance is incredible. Room was large with a separate living area and a good balcony. All in all, more like a spa hotel than a rustic agritirismo.

Wir haben ein Zweizimmer Family Appartement gebucht, dieses ist sehr grosszügig und toll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zur Strasse. Unser Appartement war zudem über der Küche, das Personal hat bis spät in die Nacht aufgeräumt, was leider sehr gut zu hören war. Die Lage ist ausserhalb und südlich von Ragusa, nach Marina di Ragusa ist in ca 10 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Top Service, super Frühstück - wir haben es genossen.

From the first moment that we arrived at the property we felt very relaxed. We were greeted with a warm welcome and couldn’t have asked for more in this modern building. Superb 180 degree views over the valley looking out to sea. Very clean room equipped with beautiful bedding, towels and bathroom toiletries. The continental breakfast consists of numerous homemade cakes and croissants as well as meats and cheese which is topped off with the coffee bar making hot drinks of any variety to order. Although we didn’t have a chance to eat in the ‘Gramole’ restaurant it does have an extensive wine list, with the opportunity to drink some excellent wines from the Chiaremonte estate by the pool. Highly recommended is a walk through the onsite Olive groves interspersed with wild flowers and poppies, time of year dependant I would assume, also lots of Carob trees to shade under. Relais Chiaramonte by car is about 20 minutes from the coast, Ragusa and the pretty town of Scicli. I would like to thank Ylenia and Gonzalo for making our stay very welcoming and special and certainly will return soon.
