first, I need to mention about the basic necessity - the hotel just simply arrange me a single bed, instead of putting two single bed to make it to be their "Delux twinbed" By the end, it is not comfortable, there is a big gap between the two bed, inspite there is a camoflage of heavy bed sheets on the top. My rating for this hotel is just Bed and Breakfast grade for Local Italian, there are only two owners and young guy who can speak average English, while they are doing everythings for cooking, cleaning and housekeeping the hotel... There is hardly any customer service... Most of times when questions in English is not well understood, they would just give back gestures of impatience and nuisance. The dinner food served in their hillside restaurant is average average..

Et rigtig fint og hyggeligt relais ude midt på landet. Lever op til navn (country hotel) - med oliven lunde, vinranker, cyprus træer, græssende køer og heste lige udenfor døren. Der var en dejlig ro og et godt pool-område med nok liggestole til alle gæster. Ejerne leverede en rigtig god service. De var interesserede i deres gæster og var særdeles venlige og nærværende. Kæmpe plus! Hotellet er super rent og indbydende - og meget autentisk og hyggeligt. Vi blev opgraderet ved ankomst og fik en dejlig suite på 2. sal. Hotellet ligger tæt på den hyggeligste by Montemerano - kæmpe anbefaling at tage dertil for at spise aftensmad. Internettet var elendigt! Vi kunne slet ikke få forbindelse, hverken når vi var på værelset, ved poolen, i restauranten eller andre områder. Det var et kæmpe minus! Restaurant: Kvaliteten i restauranten lever ikke op til omgivelserne. Portionerne var små og vi fik en pastaret hvor fyldet var skildt. Dog gjorde det, at vi kom ud og oplevede gode restauranter i nærliggende byer. Morgenmad: et meget lille udvalg - bliver trættende efter flere dage. Dog lækkert med frisk frugt plukket på farmen (fx figner) Ærgerligt at man ikke kunne få noget at spise i løbet af dagen - fx en snack/noget koldt at drikke når man var ved poolen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene paesaggi fantastici colazione ricca e scuoiati perché prodotti di produzione propria. Piscine fantastica. Ci ritorneremo

I do not recommend this property at all. The 2 bedroom cottage looks nothing like in the photos. Surrounded by bush with overgrown mosquitoes in the cottage. Old, dirty, worn and torn furniture, light sockets that are falling from the wall, old and minimal cooking utensils and we found termites on the bed that fell from the ceiling. The reception staff is rude. She came to look at the insects and just wiped them off. She offered another room that was no better. When I asked for a refund as I cannot stay in an unclean cottage that has termites falling from the roof, she called me a liar and said there were no termites. Luckily I took photos. My family and I did not end up staying and we did not get a refund. I will never go back here.

Wir waren als typische Kleinfamilie eine Woche zu Gast in eineräm der insgesamt 10 Ferienhäuser die sich am Rande des Geländes befinden. Das Haus und den Aufenthalt an sich schätzen wir insgesamt als gut, allerdings nicht hervorragend ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung, allerdings eher rustikal (dunkles schweres Holz, siehe Fotos). Das beeinträchtigte den Augenthalt zusammen mit den wenigen und leider lichtschwachen Lampen zum einen ganz praktikabel in dem der Inhalt der Kleiderschränke kaum erkennbar war, als auch allgemein die Stimmung für Leute wie meine Frau die helle freundliche Wohnungen bevorzugen doch etwas. Als Pluspunkt muss man die tatsächlich funktionierenden Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern erwähnen. Wir haben immer mit Fenstern offen geschlafen und uns von den Tiergeräuschen einschläfern lassen. Der Poolbereich ist super mit vielen angenehmen Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Umfeld bietet neben den bekannten Quellen von Saturnia eher etwas für die Städtereisenden z.B.

Ho soggiornato nei cottage che hanno a disposizione tutto il necessario per poter scegliere di essere autonomi oppure come se fosse una stanza d'albergo. Immerso nella Natura.

Great place close to Saturnia Terme.

Great pool, big rooms, clean bathroom. Foam bed and flat pillows. No tea coffee making facilities and did not see a bar, though their restaurant was 100m away may have served drinks. Restaurant good food well presented. Good breakfast.

Great location to the thermal pools. Breakfast was good. In the country setting. Not too far from Saturnia.

Stayed here to go over and swim in the Cascata near Saturnia. Nice place. The front entrance is pretty and easy to spot from the road. The parking spots are fun. You park between olive trees. There are two outdoor pools. Both are relaxing and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas to use. The nearby restaurant Osteria La Fransca is quite nice. Had several pasta dishes and the tiramisu is wonderful. Wine is made right there on site. Cute little vineyard. It’s Italian wine country. Grapes everywhere. Keys to the rooms are old fashioned mechanical keys with large dongles on them so you don’t lose the room keys. Bathrooms have built in hairdryers which are nice. WiFi is decent and fast. Streamed some Netflix mo irs and shows before bed time.

Siamo stati immersi negli uliveti e nel silenzio. Bellissimo.

Se si ha bisogno di una pausa dal caos quotidiano questo posto regala pace, serenità e tranquillità immersi nel verde e nella bellezza di questa struttura e della campagna Toscana. Personale accogliente e professionale. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Ci si rigenera con un bel tuffo in piscina. Consigliatissimo

Bellissimo posto

Bellissima struttura immersa nella natura. Per maggiore comodità durante il soggiorno aggiungerei qualche piccolo utensile nella cucina degli chalet (microonde, strofinaccio, scolaposate)

La struttura è un po' datata ma è pulita e i gestori sono molto gentili. Ottima sia la colazione nel relais che la cena nel vicino ristorante. Consigliato.
