Laura, my contact at Residence Cavalluccio was exceptional, who only added to our wonderful experience there.

The location was good. The waterfront was nice but not really a beach. My family did go swimming and enjoyed the water. The beds were very firm which is something we weren’t accustomed.

The room we stayed needed to be renovated immediately... Even simple things were dirty or very used... Example: dirty shower curtain...

The room had a partial sea veiw with a small patio but the room was small with a strange set up. The beach was rocky but the pool was excellent with good loungers and umbrellas and a bar.

For the money it was ok, we did not have breakfast at 10 euros, thought that was expensive for that. The hotel is clean but rather dated and it needed a slick of paint. The hotel room was good, plenty of room but the shower was not the best and the lighting had missing lampshades. The best area was the pool and beach. The beach side cafe was ok but the restaurant was rather expensive so didn't use it. Example Catch of the Day cost 50 euros and vegetables was extra. The town of Santa Marinella was a disappointment with a few restaurants that mostly served pizza, pizza and more pizza. Not a common holiday resort in my opinion but it was nice enough with a beautiful marine.

well in all aspects clean , pool , near beach, near by restaurants and supermarket. Clean sea side clear water.

Skip over this place. The pool and the staff are nice, but the beds are uncomfortable and the rooms smell musty. You can find much better for the price.

The hotel is run-down and lacks any kind of character. The room was extremely uncomfortable with beds as hard as floor boards, power points that did not work so electronic devices couldn't be charged, toilet leaked, towels were smelly and more like tea towels than bath towels, kitchenette supplies were far lacking with no bowls and very few glasses, no washing detergent so not sure hi what they expect us to wash up, fridge was tiny and TV was tiny. Don't bother staying. The only good thing about the hotel was that the front desk staff were very pleasant.

Air conditioning didn't work. Told reception who said it was on a timer. Never came on. Asked reception for a taxi to train station but couldn't Book one

Hotel was in good location and best for longer stay, we were there only for 1 night. Air conditioning was controlled and it was way too warm while we tried to sleep. VERY disappointed with having no control of air conditioning but otherwise nice place

We used the triple room and we were totally satisfied with it. There is a kitchen with full set of tools and a fridge. The supermarket is right around the corner. The swimming pool is awesome. There's no sandy beach nearby, you gonna have to walk for 10-15 minutes.

Personale gentilissimo e veloce ma la struttura veramente deludente. La nostra camera era vecchissima e sporca. La tenda della doccia aveva addirittura la muffa. Non so come hanno fatto a dare 4 stelle a questa struttura. Mai più!

La vicinanza al mare, la pulizia, la piscina sempre pulita il mare bellissimo

Det var slidt og restauranten var mega dyr og ikke særlig god. De opkrævede for to solsenge på trods af at vi var 4 betalende gæster.

There was no WiFi coverage inside the apartment, Either should we stay in the lobby or in the corridor beside the door to receive the signal. The Team was polite but they do not speak good English. The Lifeguards at the beach were not organized. There were no brochures to give the available activities in the hotel and in the around as well.

The hotel director’s dog stood barking in the heat all day. Smell of moist in all the rooms and all toilet seats have rotten. But - it is also a good place and we chose to stay twice. It is inexpensive and you get what you pay for. But fix the toilet seats!

Bodde i leilighetsdelen av hotellet. Rent, og enkle greie rom. Ingen rengjøring av leilighetene. Greit utstyrt. Aircondition som bråker endel, og kjøler litt dårlig. Steinstrand som det er lagt sand over, helt greit område.
