We loved to stay in this hotel, location is excellent and Ariana and Lorenza were very nice and helpful when specially we needed some information about Lipari and others islands. I wish I could remember all names because the whole staff was wonderful. Special thanks to this gentleman that was there almost every night during our stay always helping us! Rocce Azzurre is a lovely hotel with this natural "swimming pool" right in front of it! We definitely would stay there again.

The views from our room were amazing with balconies and sea views on 2 sides. The room was generous in size. The shower however was in the bath and had to be held to use. There is a lovely outside lounge area for drinking coffees or aperitifs. The setting for breakfast/lunch/dinner is also amazing though the food itself is nothing spectacular. Even for lunch you are forced into a 3 course set menu which was far too much food for us. The hotel is a short walk from lots of great bars and restaurants however. There was no evidence of any spa. The hotel did help us to go on a lovely boat trip with Alliante. This was great except that whilst all other expenses were put on the room they asked for the boat trip in cash at the last moment at check out when we had few euros left! Some warning on that would have been helpful. Overall the location is great and the staff try hard to please but it’s not quite there as a perfect experience yet. A special mention to the cleaning staff who unobtrusively cleaned our room each day with thoughtful touches.

Lovely and kind staff! After a long day traveling, the comfort of this hotel was amazing!!!! Will definitely stay there again!

the hotel is within walking distance of the town center, yet also in a very quiet position, and most rooms have (at least partial) sea view; staff at the reception are extremely helpful
