Great!

I found the staff at the Roma Hotel to be very nice, and the coffee served here is excellent. The location is also fairly good, which is definitely a positive. I also appreciate that it appears to be a family-run place, which I generally prefer to support over large chain hotels. Unfortunately, everything else is downhill from there. The pictures online must have been taken many years ago, as the reality is very different. The lift is covered in graffiti, my bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture in the bedroom was falling apart. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and gave off a strong mildew smell, making the stay unpleasant. It’s clear this hotel hasn’t had any meaningful investment in recent years. While I wanted to like it because of the people and the family-owned feel, the overall condition made it very disappointing.

Great affordable service, with a good breakfast

A budget hotel, but everything was above standard, apart from the very basic breakfast. Room was very clean and A/C worked really well. Would highly recommended other travellers. Close to the railway station and easy walk to centre of the city. The only let down is there is no bag store and reception not manned throughout the day. But…..that said you have a great hotel for a great price.

Esperienza mai provata in Italia. Esclusa la pulizia e il personale non c'era nulla di buono. Letteralmente un hotel che cade a pezzi. Ho pensato di pagare e andare da un'altra parte

Very close to the train station.

A localização era ótima, pois estávamos embarcando em um cruzeiro e os ônibus saem bem proximo, além de estar proximo da estação central de trem. Entretanto o banheiro nao tinha box, e a cortina não retinha a agua, após o banho a água invadia o quarto. Muito ruim, além de perigoso.

Close to the train and city. Lovely breakfast, nice friendly staff. Aircon took a while to cool the room down but otherwise a great stay.

Front desk closed from 1:00 to 6:00 on Sunday and we were not informed of this. As a result we arrived in a taxi at 2:00 to find the door locked. By chance, we ran into one of the kitchen staff leaving the premises. He let us in, otherwise we would have been stranded on the sidewalk with two large suitcases. Very unprofessional!

Andiamo in questo Hotel storico, accoglienza top, servizio e cortesia top! Veniamo accolti dal personale sempre col sorriso! Molto disponibili e preparati! Vado con la mia famiglia per sottopormi ad un intervento ad una gamba, troviamo questo hotel storico al centro della città di Ravenna! Storico sì ma in evidente ristrutturazione il che da un fascino al tutto! Camere calde e accoglienti, bagno molto pulito! Torneremo sicuramente! Stavolta non per una operazione ma per diletto!

Ottima al centro di tutto

Very good location, close to attractions , restaurants and shopping. Staff was very Nice, fresh breakfast and spacious and clean room. Perfect for us which run the marathon, about 1.5 km to start and 600 m from arrival. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was good but cold bacon and eggs!
