Room was nice, if a bit dark and dank. Great breakfast. Didn’t love all the up and down of the stairs.

My wife and I stayed here early January 2025, Great Hotel, polite staff, spacious room, incredible breakfast. Location is excellent, a quiet road parallel to via Nazionale. Almost a centrepoint for the majority of the landmarks AE less than 10 minutes to the Colosseum and 10 minutes to the Spanish steps, pantheon etc. Also a five minute walk from the nearest subway station. So this year we decided to return we asked for a high floor and was given room 502. This year the room was disappointing. There was no handle on the window as it had previously broken off. It was incredibly hot on a night, they gave us a fan, but it didn’t really do anything. The room came with a bathtub that we had asked for as a special request, however the plug did not work properly. Lots of mould present on the underside of the wash basin feather pillows in the rooms as standard but you can change these on request. We stayed for three nights but we were left disappointed, but none of these issues had been rectified during our stay. A special shout out to all the breakfast staff during our stay, extremely polite and attentive and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile, also the gentleman on reception on 6th January at 6 pm. Extremely chatty and polite. Overall, a great hotel but a disappointing room this time..

great location, friendly staff, amazing sleep, and time well spend

Breakfast was great and staff friendly. However, room service cleaning was mixed. First day clean the room with a bit of rush, second day didn’t clean at all even with the sign out to please clean room. But nothing major, they cleaned after we asked them. Location was good close to station within walking distance.

Hotel is very dated and requires a refurbishment. Cleaning in the room was really quite poor and the skirting board in one area had detached from the wall. Shower and sink were really slow to drain. Service was decent and breakfast was ok. Location was reasonable however I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel and location with friendly/helpful staff. We will book again next time we are travelling through Rome.

The room was a good size and clean. The buffet breakfast was outstanding!!

Fantastic room. Just quite difficult to know which light switch did what. Lovely stay and super convenient.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful during the entirety of our stay and the food and drinks served were excellent, if I get the chance to come back I would love to stay again.

Clean rooms. The staff was great and informative. Breakfast was a great way to start our busy days in Rome.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Rome

Very friendly hotel, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is a major plus. The rooms are small, but nonetheless, had everything.

Great location, central to all of the main attractions. The colosseum is only a short walk. Wonderful staff. Very good air conditioning in the room. Comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Option to borrow iron and ironing board for use in room. Clothes washing service very expensive (especially with exchange rate), therefore a retractable clothes line in the shower would be helpful to allow washing of some items after sweating in the Summer heat. Room also needs a bottle opener. Otherwise loved our stay! Highly recommend.
