Staff of the hotel is very helpful, but the air-conditioner doesn't function, the rom felt very hot.

Triple room had 3 queen beds, very comfortable, quiet and excellent breakfast

This hotel looks very nice. Room is clean and no noise. The staffs are polite and friendly. The breakfast is free and offers plenty of variety.

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen. Leider liegt es etwa eine halbe Stunde vom Zentrum. Es hat einen eigenen Parkplatz doch der wurde mir nicht angeboten. Stattdessen sollte ich einen Parkschein ziehen und vorne an der Straße parken.

Es un hotel muy bien comunicado, limpio cómodo y muy acogedor. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Great breakfast buffet

The check-in was fast and easy. The hotel is nicely decorated and cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean, not much noise to be heard except from the air-conditioning system. When it detects that the temperature has risen and it needs to turn back on, it is noisy for some seconds. And it is the kind of air conditioning that stops the fan (or reduces it to almost no rotation) when it reaches the desired temperature. There was a safe and a working frigobar (that actually cooled things). The bathroom was spacious except for the shower box, which was somewhat small. It had the shower gels that are those that are fixed to the walls, which is a good thing. The breakfast was very good. A lot of variety and good quality. There are not things you can buy in the reception region in case of need, apart from the drinks from the frigobar. Location is ok. The hotel and neighborhood is business/company oriented. Our stay was for tourism so we can't comment much about this characteristic. There is a big market nearby. But it is quite far from the city center and not too close to the metro station, the train station is a bit closer.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön! Das Frühstück war ausreichend und schön hergerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt, auch wenn er nur für eine Nacht war genossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Tutto benissimo, colazione top

O hotel é ótimo! Limpo, bonito, atendimento maravilhoso. O café da manhã é perfeito, com muitas variedades de frutas, sucos, queijos e pães. A localização é boa, para chegar ao Duomo leva apenas alguns minutos de metrô ou de taxi, que por sinal, na Itália, funciona muito melhor do que o Uber. Nós amamos!!

ビジネスホテルに近い間取りと簡易的な仕様でした。レトロな感じなので、好きな人は好きです。スタッフさんも人によって良し悪しがある感じ。 ⭐︎4ホテルをイメージすると残念に思うかもしれません。 ミラノ中心街は値段が高すぎる上に良いホテルが見つからないので、観光がなかなか大変です。 重いスーツケースを持っていたので、アクセスがあまり良くなかった場所のホテルに宿泊をしてしまった点については、個人的に反省点があります。その点については、評価点には入れてない上での意見となります。 ※ サンドナート・ミラネーゼ駅の電車の乗り方がわからず、ガリバルディ駅であたかも観光客を狙っていただろう点数稼ぎの警察に待ち伏せされており、罰金2人で16000円取られましたので、お気をつけ下さい。（被害すごく多いと思う。事前に支払い方法調べて行った上で分かりづらい。人そんなに乗ってる電車ではなかったのに5組くらい捕まってました。）

I felt very comfortable and warm as home. I really love this western traditional style. My room is very clean with fresh smell all the time. Breakfast is so delicious and various choices. All staff are so friendly and kind with always nice assistance being provided. I strongly recommend as your top choice for either business trip or family trip.

Lovely breakfast and super fresh fruit. Nice rooms with air conditioning. A little far to get to the metro but just need to walk 10 minutes to the train station. Nice staff.
