服務同埋環境地點都很方便，只是空調方面有待改善不能自己控制開關，每次開咗之後佢都會自動關閉，冬天還算好，如果夏天就會很熱。

Nice position in the City in a quiet narrow back street 10 minutes walk from Duomo and same distance from Via Dante. The room was a huge dark area with very little in it. Dismal lighting. Helpful and friendly reception staff. It was our first "Suites" experience and not one that we will repeat as we prefer hotels with facilities.Walk in shower, no bath. Room (Suite) that we were allocated was number one on first floor but was a disabled room, so not ideal.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, close to everything and extremely quiet. The staff here is above wonderful. Niousha at the front desk went above and beyond. We cant say enough things about her. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. This is our second time here and will definitely be back.

front of house staff were consistently brilliant - friendly, engaging, but the person who was cleaning our room was outstanding. the room was spotless every day and i've never seen a hotel bed so well made!

Sjarmerende lite hotell, sentral beliggenhet. Noe treg service under frokosten og på takterrassen, men nydelig mat. Ble låst inne i heisen, ble sittende i ca 30 min. Det tok litt tid før personalet kom da vi ringte på varslingsklokken i heisen. Fikk heller ingen beklagelse rundt denne hendelsen.

Super location!

Staff was excellent as was the location. Room was large. I stayed on the 5th floor which was noisy at night as it is where the access to the rooftop patio was. It was noisy with people in the hallway waiting for the elevator and those on the roof.

We had a wonderful stay! The room and bathroom were large compared to other hotels we stayed with in Italy and were quite comfortable for the two of us. The hotel is located on a quiet side street and is conveniently located to the city center and attractions. Peyman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Great spot, lots of room, little noisy on the street at night

The staff is friendly and helpful, however they need to improve their interactions with other colleagues. Example, I spoke with five staff at the reception about passing my breakfast coupon to a friend as I left the hotel before they opened, my friend was denied entry to the breakfast room.

We loved our suite and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. They booked us a dinner reservation and luxury car to the airport.

We were very close to the Duomo. The location was very close to the Metro which we were also able to use to get to the Linate airport. This took about 40 minutes including the short walk to the metro and a line change. Very easy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was also delicious and included with the price.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Milan. Staff very attentive with excellent service

Our shower head didn’t work and sprayed water all over the bathroom. When we complained to the woman at the front desk, she told us we were using it incorrectly. We later showed the gentleman working and he saw the water on the ceiling and agreed there was a problem. Never did they apologize or offer a different room or a discount. Also, breakfast is not included and they charged us at checkout. This was misleading.

Mattress was uncomfortable, sunken in. Needs replacing

This hotel is walkable to all the major sites. We were on the fifth floor in a large suite we did have problems with having enough hot water and unfortunately, they have a rooftop restaurant that was right above our suite it was very noisy with guests coming up through the elevator to get to the restaurant and lots of scraping of chairs. The restaurant did close at 10 PM so it was pretty quiet after 11 PM.
