Giulia was amazing. She was so kind to us and she was particularly great with our 3 year old. She was kind, warm and welcoming. The hotel was just what we wanted. The atmosphere was calm, the breakfast was super. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money and we would definitely stay again.

No hay asensor y no hay nadie que te ayude a subir maletas. Llegue muy cansada y con dos niños y mi papá anciano y tuve que subir a la habitación 3 maletas de 50lbs nunca me dieron la opción de ayudarme. El cuarto tenía polvo y el baño olía a orine luego me di cuenta que antes lo habían usado y no habían bajado la válvula y el orine aún estaba allí, por lo que creo que antes de nosotros no limpiaron bien.

Airport shuttle was very convenient. Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful.

The hotel itself is excellent, and we loved their restaurant! Also the Airport shuttle is very helpful. But the town and surroundings are not that good, especially for a family. No sidewalks etc. Great place as a jumping point to MXP

The best part of this hotel is how close to the airport it is, and that it has parking on site. The staff was also nice and courteous, but that’s about it. It is a small place, next to a very busy street. The rooms are clean, but tiny, the AC is basically ancient and doesn’t work. Ours started making a horrible rattling noise at 4.00 in the AM. The breakfast is blah, except the coffee and the croissants and in the dining area it was close to 85degrees, no AC. We did not try the restaurant as we stayed one night only. One more plus, it has a shuttle to the airport but with a limited schedule. Hope this helps.

Bra hotell för att stanna en natt under genomresa. Välstädat och trevliga rum. Smidigt med parkering och lätt att ta sig till.

Nous sommes arrivés a l hôtel le 27 juillet après une tres grosse journée de route et nous y avons séjourné car notre vol de retour etaitbke lendemain. Le service à l'arrivée fut digne de mention. Ma fille avait un accident a sa cheville et l'agent a la réception nous a donne une chambre au 2e etage plutot qu autre car pas d ascenseur. Prendre note qu il n'y avait pas de chambre pour 4 au rez de chaussé de disponible donc sans qu'on le demande ,l agent fut proactif. Il nous a meme donné la clé de la chambre avant que l'on fasse l enregistrement en raison de la condition de ma fille. Cela fut super apprécié. La chambre répondait aux critères que l'on avait fixé. Lit confortable et salle de bain propre. Beaucoup de poussières par contre sous les lits . La seule chose que je rajouterais est un fer a repasser si possible. Nous n'avions pas l'équipement avec nous . Sinon,peut etre en avoir un a la réception que l'on peut emprunté. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix Mention également au restaurant qui sous trouve au sous sol avec un excellent menu,de très bon prix et un service digne de mention. Je recommande fortement cet hotel en general pour la qualite du service et sa proximité avec l'aéroport de Milan Chapeau encore à lagent de la reception le 27 juillet pour son dévouement envers nous et ma fille . Ce fut fort apprécié

Il personale è stato gentilissimo. La stanza era pulita. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel, il quale propone pizze e piatti molto buoni e gustosi. Anche la colazione è stata soddisfacente. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Consigliatissimo.

All was wonderful

The hotel was wonderful in that we had 5 people in one room. The shuttle was seemless in giving us a ride from the airport after returning our rental car in the evening and then the next morning to fly out. The free breakfast was excellent. Be aware there is no air conditioning, but having our window open cooled the room well.
