房间很小，洗漱用具很简陋，厕所行动也不方便，早饭有点简陋，说是四星不对于客房而言，好点的三星也能达到这个标准，价格还算公道，网速也很慢，不太符合我对四星的要求。

Friendly staff, nice bar area.

We enjoyed our 7 day stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was good and easy access to town and funicular up to hill town.

Hotellet har en skøn stille placering, og bor du på den rigtige side en smuk udsigt. Sengekomfort elendig (vrls 153)og fik ikke det værelse som booket på hjemmeside! Rengøring så fin ud indtil man kiggede langs paneler og under sengene... Parkering mod betalig rundt hjørnet. Morgenmaden kan man finde bedre på nærliggende cafeer. Ingen frugt, men tørt brød og kager.

We had a good experience overall.

I was assigned a room across the street from the main hotel. It was raining and I had to walk up steps with my suitcase, when I arrived in my room that was assigned there was somebody else’s belongings. The phone did not work to call reception so I had to walk back across the street in the rain down the steps with my luggage, back to the hotel where they seemed to not believe me that somebody else was in the room. It took a while to sort out, and I was assigned another room. It felt unsafe that I was given a key to somebody else’s room, and that could well have happened to me. Additionally, no one offered to help me with the luggage to the next room which was also across the street in the rain up the stairs.

Great place ... Out of the mainstream however close enough to enjoy your stay. Thanks

Buon hotel a Montecatini, peccato che la depandance fosse accessibile solo attraverso una rampa di scale. Colazione ottima e ottima pulizia delle camere, peccato per la finestra trasparente in bagno, gentilissimo il personale ed in particolare il caposala del ristorante.

We stayed in a separate building adjacent to main hotel so didn’t really have much to do with staff etc. our room was fine, clean, comfy beds and plenty of storage. The area was really good, plenty of nice restaurants & cafes. Train stations in walking distance. Plenty of shops around. Had breakfast in cafe next door Cafe Salute, croissants and drink for around £3, excellent value

The pictures are deceiving and so is the wording of the rooms. It is not stated but it is clear the hotel is separate from the building with the pool and dining area. Dependable and annex rooms are exactly the same (as stated by staff when asked). The fact that prices are different and labelled different is a con. The room is basic. Good wardrobe space. The staff were all great. As mentioned, the room is in a separate building and it is not manned at all. The lift is small. It can take two people and two suitcases. There is a mini fridge which is handy. Breakfast wasn't great. The placed looked pretty empty and they probably would have done well to have upgraded anyone in that building to the main building. The pool was quite empty and no idiots trying to leave towels to hog lounges. It is, however, very small so people playing ball games or families end up taking up a lot of the space. It is not manned but there is a phone to call up. Pool toilets dont appear to be regularly checked. The area is picturesque and there are so many excellent restaurants around (including in the main building).

Lovely area. Loved our room although could have been a tiny bit cleaner /dusty and couple hairs :( other than that was perfect. Gave me and my partner a bottle for our anniversary and the view from the room was stunning. We will be back next year!

Front desk night person was the best host.

Old hotel but renovated rooms which are okay for the price. Poor breakfast.
