服務態度不佳，飯店設施普通

非常漂亮的地方!早餐不錯; 客房有一點點舊但可以接受; 員工友善. 比較不足的地方是沒有棉花棒...而浴室的蓮蓬頭有點難使用,容易掉落,如果進一步更新相信一切會更美好!

traditional brand hotel

The only criticism I have is with the staff who are WAY TOO KEEN on pushing guests to dine at their restaurant. One day I bumped into a girl whom we met on day one, and the only thing she cared about was whether we had dinner at their pricy restaurant (EUR40+ for 2 course). I said no we had reservation elsewhere - that's the end of the conversation, she to turned elsewhere. Too obvious there is a commission involved. Another incident - the front desk manager pushed us (at check in) we should have dinner in hotel on first night because the second night the restaurant will be busy due to a wedding and they had Italy's no.2 best chef in! Well - the second night the whole restaurant was quiet - no wedding. Too many lies on this point!! Other than that an enjoyable stay. The pool is real good (but no place to get changed, the change rooms were locked). Beds were a bit too soft, but tolerable. Proximity within walks to boat to get into town in Como, and close to nice little town Cernobbio, which cannot be missed!

The only thing that saves this hotel is the spa and breakfast. The hotel room had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were cigarette butts graciously left on the balcony, things left in the bedside table drawer, no hand soap by the sink, only lotion, one bathrobe and two towels for 3 people checking in. Hotels are usually disappointing and this hotel is the same - disappointing with nothing but a “sorry”. Hand soap was requested two times but did not receive it. Went to the supermarket to buy our own

I wanted to give it 5 stars until my Stanley waterbottle was stolen by a staff member which was confirmed by Aurelia. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need and great location. Parking is free right outside the doors so no need to pay their prices.

Personnel vraiment top. Emplacement ok, à 4km du centre ville de Como. Belle marche mais il faut s y attendre. Hôtel propre, menu au resto Gusto intéressant. Peut être varier plus souvent? Spa hors pair! Dommage piscine extérieure n est pas chauffée donc fermée déjà!

Het hotel is op zich heel goed in orde, enkel de ligging is niet ideaal (geen zich op meer) en de restaurants zijn heel duur en exclusief (daarmee niet populair)
