When I book a hotel the most important things to me are location, breakfast included and AIR CONDITIONING. This hotel has air conditioning HOWEVER I was informed that they would turn on the AC on April 15th when one of the busiest season (SALONE del Mobile) is over. I had to open the window to be able to sleep because the room was very hot and uncomfortable, and the street is extremely busy and noisy with many restaurants and construction. So it was not a pleasant stay. I will not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, steps away from the Duomo, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Easy walk to other stores, and plenty of bars and restaurants . Friendly, and helpful staff, and the breakfast is excellent.

Few minutes walk to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. Very clean and friendly Staffs.

We stayed here for 6 nights. It is a wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo, shopping galleria, great restaurants. This is the hotel to stay in Milan.

What a wonderful hotel--fantastic location, great staff, excellent buffet breakfast (so many cappuccinos!); we really enjoyed our two night stay here. Rooms had all amenities you could ask for and public spaces were lovely--we sat in the lounge area two evenings and really enjoyed ourselves. Safe and clean--will definitely stay here again on a return visit to Milan!

Very unfriendly receptionist. The parking is public parking opposite the hotel, very inconvenient for the luggage.

Excellent location! Staff was cordial upon check-in and check-out. Lovely amenities. Lots of dining options and just a few feet away from stores. Lovely stay.

Location is the best thing about it. Rooms are too small.

Reception personnel was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Amazing staff in the breakfast room: always kind, inviting, and professional. Maintenance staff super nice and very hard working. The hotel is located in the center of major attractions such as Duomo Cathedral and La Scala.

Amazing spa and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast Buffett and location to all the best spots.

is close to everything the rooms are beautiful, the staff is super helpful and nice, when we needed a taxi service, they were prompt to get us one right away

Hesitant to reccomend this as this hotel is such an excellent find and would like to keep for myself! Seriously, was a great experience - clean, located centrally, and great staff!

We have been going to hotel De la Ville for at least 10 years the staff is welcoming and the location is great one block away from from the Duomo and the galleria for shopping.

Nice hotel, clean, very close to Cathedral, shopping and dining - all upmarket though. Staff - very unfriendly and reluctant to help, don't want to talk to you, just want to check you in and give you the key card to your room, not interested in answering questions about how to get from A to B, or call a taxi for you.

Staff was exceptional, room nice, hotel a bit dated.

Rooms a bit tired, shower smelling. Staff were very good, nice lobby.

The property is close to major attractions.
