We were looking for a clean place to sleep before we flew out of Time the next day. The room was clean. The staff was excellent with communicating before we checked in. The room had all the necessities. Since it was situated in a neighborhood, I do wish there was some kind of list with local favorites we could check out during the time of our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

This was a great place to stay if you wanted to be close the tourist spots of Rome and very close to Roma Termini for trains. 10 minutes walking or one stop on the Metro. Staff at the desk were welcoming and very helpful.

The room is small, the front office staff was helpful. It is a good location if you are needing to spend a night before a flight or cruise. Do be aware the front desk closes at 8 PM and special arrangements do need to be made for late arrival. Which when you are traveling can be a hassle.

The hotel had no amenities and little service. The lift to take luggage to the second floor was broken. The shower flooded as the drain did not work properly. The room was small and could not accommodate our luggage. There were few surfaces to place any materials or personal items. The towels were in average supply. The blow dryer required adjustment. The bed was small.
There was no access to restaurants in a convenient way.
The only features are that it had parking and was near the Rome Airport.
The hotel was overpriced for its offerings.
I am asking for a refund of all charges.
