Ein schönes kleines Haus, ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, ein tolles Frühstück und immer ein offenes Ohr für alle Fragen - schöner kann ein Aufenthalt gar nicht sein!

The room was perfect for my husband and i. We walked everywhere. The train station was super close, 10 min walk (if you walked slow). The staff was phenomenal. Would stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura 2 notti per partecipare al Lucca Summer Festival (a Lucca c'erano prezzi altissimi!), camera Superior con colazione inclusa. La camera era bellissima, con un bagno grande e confortevole (doccia maxi con luci colorate!). La colazione ha la seguente formula: dolce a buffet, salato a scelta da un menù e preparato sul momento (la signora alle colazioni gentilissima!), tutto abbondante. In camera c'è una bottiglia d'acqua che è consentito refillare accanto alla zona colazione. Straconsiglio la struttura, alla reception danno anche indicazioni su cosa visitare in zona (organizzano anche tour guidati, ma senza pressare per acquistarli). L'albergo non ha parcheggio, ma dopo lo scarico bagagli si può parcheggiare gratuitamente a poca distanza.

We were greeted by a very helpful and polite chap who spoke exceLlent English and he happily talked us through the features available in the hotel and the town. He made several great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and pleasnatly served. The bed wsn't the comfiest, but not too bad. The location is very handy too. The free parking 5 minutes walk away wa easy and convenient to. Not a lot open on a Monday night so the local cafe was the only real option, but that was fine.Small quiet hotel with friendly happy staff. What more do you want?

Hotel delizioso con personale gentile, disponibile e competente. La colazione ottima, ma la gentilezza ed il sorriso degli addetti ha reso il tutto ancora più buono. Esperiemza da ripetere senza indugio.

Minha estadia foi incrível! Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei. O café da manhã era versátil e feito na hora, além disso o atendimento foi maravilhoso! As meninas da recepção e da cozinha são super simpáticas. Recomendo muito!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day, Free filtered cold water you can fill in glass bottles anytime which is very handy when its hot outside. Location is perfect if you want to travel to Pisa or Florence by train. Train station is less than 10 min walk. Many caffes and restaurants close by. 5 min walk to all the shops , amenities and places to see. Definitely recommend it.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were extremely spacious. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend and also great value.

It wasn't as explained on the website. They didn't had any coffee in the room and its not located in Florence and had to travel one hour to get to the Florence city centre. Limited sitting and dining area and it looked like a carehome it was also so boring. Never go there again.
