Hotel was chosen because of airport transfer but unfortunately this is not true, they will order a taxi for you which costs approx €20 !! 😡

Good hotel for transfer to the airport and late arrivals. The kettke in the room was not working

Near airport. Not the best Starhotels hotel i have been to. Room was OK. Reception staff were great Gym is terrible

Great staff & clean rooms

Staff were very good. We were a party of 65 people and everything went smoothly. Manageress was most helpful in dealing with such a large group. All rooms sorted before we arrived and only charged for the breakfasts consumed. Would use Star hotels again.

they forgot my wake-up call. front desk staff was otherwise happening.

Only stayed one night, nice hotel very comfy bed slept well. Would have been nice if they had fresh milk in the rooms.

Nice hotel for a quick stopover and an easy walk to the train station.

The hotel is a bit far from main station, approx. 15-20 min walk (more than 1 km). If you have to use very often the train then you must book some other hotel as taxi is a bit too much expensive here. If you wish to see orio center then hotel near to airport is recommended

Awesome place. Close to the airport so you can see all the cool airplanes take off. Excellent for early morning flights off Bergamo. Kind staff and great service.

A bit isolated - terrace was closed in August - no outside sitting areas - tea n coffee not replenished for second day and no milk provided at all. Restaurant was big n empty and prices could not compare to local offering. Don’t know how they stay in business. ll staff were helpful and professional.

This is one of the best property as I have stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast is good, staff speak English. Only drawback it is not close to train / bus station. From station one should walk for about 20 minutes. But the enroute is well lit and it is safety to walk. OVERALL WITH THE PROPERTY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A night needed after missing flight and having to stay an extra day. Extortionately charged EUR25 by taxi company from BGY to the hotel (10mins) so decided to walk back to BGY the following morning (20mins). So you can walk to the hotel from Bergamo airport - don't pay the taxi rates! Would be good if the hotel could put on an airport shuttle service or have agreed discounted taxi rates. Great room and friendly staff at this hotel but couldn't see much going on in the local vicinity.

It was a reasonable hotel stay. A bit dated lobby and corridors, but the room was nice. I also enjoyed a wonderful steak in the hotel restaurant for dinner and would come back again just for that. The area is not so close to the airport entrance and the taxi to the airport was over 30€. It’s also not close to city center, somewhat stuck in the middle.

Pleasant small-ish hotel on the outskirts of Bergamo, close to the airport. A good spot to stay on a quick trip for business.
