Very “ old Hollywood feel” it’s outdated but still really great. When we came in then has complimentary chestnuts, the service at front was really nice to us, accommodated our room request for two separate beds, the food in their restaurant was great just very expensive. I found parking in their lot for free which helped, the water smelled unusual in the shower though. Great for a night or two

Been here 11 years ago. The hotel is still shiny and well done in all areas. Dining room was pleasant with good food and attentive staff this is a really well done place. V

We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!

La posizione non è delle migliori. Può andare bene se si esce la mattina e si rientra la sera, ma per andare e venire dal centro non è molto comoda. Durante il giorno si può attraversare il Parco Ducale, molto piacevole, mentre la sera il parco è chiuso e ci si ritrova a fare un giro molto più lungo, poco illuminato e in strade isolate.
L’hotel è grande ma datato e avrebbe davvero bisogno di qualche intervento di ristrutturazione. La nostra camera era piuttosto angusta, poco luminosa e arredata in uno stile superato, più simile alla stanza di una nonna che a un hotel a quattro stelle. Le foto online risultano sicuramente più accattivanti della realtà.
Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, viene indicato come gratuito, ma i posti gratuiti davanti all’ingresso sono meno di dieci. Abbiamo quindi dovuto lasciare l’auto nel “garage” a 15€ a notte, che tra l’altro non è un parcheggio custodito.
Un punto a favore è la pulizia, ottima in tutti gli spazi.

Supermarket across the street, the park near by was a little shady, also the elevator from the lower parking area was not working and the receptionist did not mention that at check in, so it took me a while to walk around the whole outside of the hotel to find my way in while carrying some baggage, also there were no signs outside where to go, so quite sad for a 4 star hotel.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und ist gut gelegen. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.
Das Zimmer ist grosszügig und geräumig, das Bett riesig mit einer bequemen Matratze.
Das Frühstücksbuffet dürfte etwas mehr hergeben. (diskrete Brotauswahl)
