Good hotel, big room and bathroom.but what really annoyed me that they dont offer free 2 bottles of water as thousand of hotels does. If you have a kettle, in the room with coffee capsule, tea, cream, nescafe, etc.....you want me to take it from the mini bar for 2.5 euro?????? . Its disrespect for customer....take higher price of the room and put free bottle of water next to the kettle or remove them

The decor was plush a little old world that just added to the ambience of the stay. The staff very helpful and the restaurant serves excellent food. Easy walk from train station. Also a good gym I recommend a stay in Parma and if you do visit this hotel is a must

The accommodation looks great. Large rooms. Front counter people were very good. PARKING a shamble. There are some free spots out the front but they charge 16 euro to park underneath. This is not listed on their site. The wifi is non existent in the room. The water leaks out of the shower creating a pool on the floor. Breakfast, give it a miss.

A bit out of the way and limited options for meals. Apart from that the staff was excellent and welcoming.

excellent location, walking distance to the town centre. Fast hi-speed wifi, clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast with an excellent spread. has always been my favourite hotel in Parma.

City was within walking distance. Love the spacious room, privacy, and complimentary water bottles. Fridge and AC on second floor didn’t work but got fixed upon request.

Excellent value for money. And the Staff at the reception was super fast and gentle, at disposal.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, supermarket just across the road and only a short walk to the center.

Great short stay

Large old style hotel, very grand inside. Lovely room with massive very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. Only stayed one night but we were very happy with the hotel. It was easy to find and park the car and only a short walk into Parma

A lovely big room , loys of storage and fridge , tea / coffee, free safe , proper hangers huge bathroom lovely towels . Aircon not great , and view not great . Breakfast was excellent, fresh, lovely bread and butter , fresh fruit, huge choice. Reception staff unsmiling but efficient. Lacked any local knowledge , and guides us to visit the centre for shopping , as opposed to a local shopping mall, but in fact the shops and cafes were all closed . It would have been appreciated to get have been told that. And that the park entrance is behind the hotel . Great value, comfy clean room .
