Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, nice bar/bar menu. Very short walk from Milano Centrale.

Loved it. So close to Milano Centrale...perfect for day trip to Lago di Como and airport. Room small but beautiful...great bed and lovely bathroom. Everyone was kind and helpful. A great find!!!

Traveling with 2 kids in Europe can be challenging. The family room was fantastic. It turned 2 separate rooms into one.

Excellent front desk service; all the staff was very kind, helpful and empathetic with our needs. We even returned to the same hotel a couple of days later. Breakfast is unbeatable and the staff at the restaurant makes you feel at home. Greeting and luggage staff members ready to help! We loved this hotel conveniently close to the station and with the comfort and warm welcome that made us feel at home.

The staff told us we couldn’t smoke at the balcony however our neighbours all had ash tray and were allowed to smoke

The staff were super friendly in this hotel. Rooms very comfortable, pleasant bar in which I had both drinks and dinner one night. The gym is very small (three people made it very busy and difficult to find space to work out) but the gym is on the roof with views across Milan which is very nice and makes a difference from the usual basement location. Overall, a nice hotel but parking in the area is a nightmare, I ended up in a private multistory at EUR 31/night.

The “Hot” breakfast scramble egg, Omelette and the rest hot options were cold. Disgusting cold. The only hot thing that I have was the hot tea.

Close to train station, great friendly hotel

Two detractors on this trip. One had to recycle in many locations: glass on the desk, plastic in a bag. Why not use a trash container with several compartments marked plastic, glass etc. ? Second the breakfasts were under par. The scrambled eggs cold from the chafing dish and the prosciutto was full of chewy fat non-swallowable as was the pineapple, core cut with pieces

Hotel nice but the Hotels.com app is a bit crap and doesn't really help matters.

Great location next Centrale train station. Very clean and comfortable with a cool vibe at an affordable price.
