Very great location where is near by the train terminal, and walkable to all the museum and tourist area.

Close to center and river. Good alternative if you don't have other choice.

Nice hotel to stay, clean and comfortable big enough. Staff is friendly, kind to introduce where I should visit. It is about 20 min walk to go to Florence downtown and 5 min walk to river side. You can find some decent restaurants nearby. The only small issues are 1. no view from riim window, what you can see is only neighborhood house and 2. No many choices for breakfast. Anyway, I will stay here next time.

Clean and modern hotel. Spacious room. Sufficient amenities and toiletries.

從火車站走去不好找，其實坐一站有軌電車可達，離開酒店時服務生告知，原來有電車站直達酒店和火車站

酒店设计非常舒适且典雅，洗浴配套设施一应俱全，非常喜欢，唯一觉得不足的就是离火车站不如描述中的那么近，拖着箱子走的话最少也要15分钟。

Checked into our room and there were screaming kids opposite. After a few mins I went to reception and asked to be moved, which we were, though the the front desk seemed hacked off about it. In our second room there was a whining and barking dog opposite. I'm a dog person, but it was clearly in the room alone, it was off and on the whole 2 days we were there. I could hear toilets flushing all night, a vaccum/suction sound, and one night I counted 14 times (couldn't sleep). I could also hear a guy snoring next door so, don't believe any claims their rooms are soundproofed; they're not. So, all in all, noise was the main issue at this hotel and a lot of it impossible to ignore. I refuse to let this stuff spoil a holiday, but it was there, triggering, despite a wonderful trip to Italy.

Excellent hôtel, bon petit déjeuner, chambre confortable, 15 minutes à pied du centre historique et différents bus au niveau de l’hôtel.

Clean room and good buffet breakfast. Courteous staff. Parking is offsite and expensive as it ends at 1pm and then is 5 eur per hour.

立地が良く、サービス的には良好。ただ、complimentの水がないのはいただけない。夜遅くに到着してわざわざ水だけ買いに出かけるのは難儀である。

The room was perfect! The staff went above & beyond our expectations! Francesco from concierge was always there to help with everything & even helped us navigate Firenze so well to the best of his abilities!! I will definitely come back someday with my own family to Firenze & especially to Starhotels Michelangelo for their excellent services!! I enjoyed my stay because of Francesco & the staff! Thank you so much!!
