We stayed at Star Hotels Ritz during our stay in Milan this month and were completely awestruck by the place. It had such a spectacular entrance and conveniently located to the City Centre. The Duomo was a 10 minute ride as well as the main city. The staff there is super friendly and always ready to help out. We loved the place and would love to stay there on every visit to Milan. It is very easy to find the metro from there too. Love the hotel.

Room amenities were subpar for the price point. Very poor air conditioning, bathroom did not have proper ventilation and shower facilities were challenging.

Good location. Staff is friendly. No complaint, the only concern is when you travel with big luggage as the elevator is small and also steps down to the hotel from main entrance; otherwise no complaint.

Used ours as a hub for going into town so didn’t use many of the facilities nor did we eat there. It did exactly what we needed with it being close to the Metro and walking distance.
Only issue is that the lifts were small and didn’t have sensors to stop it closing…but this seems to be a theme across Milan.
