This is a nice hotel and a thermal resort. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the rooms and many facilities are starting to feelnold.

Lovely natural destination, relaxing

Staff was excellent. The thermal waters are exceptional and restorative. Breakfast is divine. Evening room turn down service - old school.

My fav place to go, slow down, rest & heal. Amazing property, staff, food, rooms. We are returning to this property over a few years. Looking forward to come back in 2025.

The room was very comfortable. The hot springs were amazing and the food was delicious. Monica Buonasera, guest relations manager was kind thoughtful and very helpful and made our stay amazing thank you so much

An extraordinary spa. Ask for masseur, Andrea! Wonderful, happy staff, across-the-board so they must have excellent management. Restaurant and bars fabulous and the natural wonder of the Cascade del Milano nearby is worth the effort of getting here.

The staffs are very friendly even some of them do not know English. However, most of them can communicate with basic English. The facility in the resort need more days to fully enjoy the place. Too bad we planned our trip too rush. We should stay round at least three days. Dining experience is great and it is so close to the famous main attraction of the area.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Tuscan countryside. Beautiful grounds and excellent service. Food was great. Very attentive staff. They upgraded our room to a suite which was amazing. Very relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Loved the property we enjoyed a beautified suite in the new wing which I highly recommend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we have arrived. Loved the feel of the resort totally relaxes you from the moment you arrive. Dining was wonderful although be weary of the fact that some of the waters aroma in the air may affect the taste of your food or wine especially at dinner time. So I would recommend indoor dining for that reason. We did however enjoyed the feel of the property - we did not play golf but would love to try it next time we go back

Absolutely amazing. This the only place to stay in Tuscany. The whole experience was incredible.

It was a beautiful experience in a lovely part of the countryside. The natural volcanic spring was amazing! The only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with the day shift host. We were asking about the different ways to get to the natural spring falls and he was acting like we were wasting his time. A complete 180 from the woman who helped us on the evening, Francesca. She was lovely.

Loved being here. It was a great break from our busy trip. The falls are only a 10 minute walk from the hotel as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the property while taking in the natural hot springs and the falls. It was definitely on the pricier side for what you receive, but an experience to remember. The one thing we weren't aware of was that there isn't a cold swimming pool to cool down in in the warm summer heat. There is a pool they call a 'summer cool pool' but it's only a few degrees than the natural hot pools, and one small hot-tub sized cool pool which you can take a quick dip in to cool off. Other than that it was a great spot to visit.
