十字酒店

Toen we vanaf het station in de namiddag aankwamen twijfelde we even over de locatie van het hotel. Een wat duistere straat aan de zijkant met veel zwervers en graffiti. Hier kwamen we al snel op terug. De straat was prima qua veiligheid. Het hotel bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen in Italiaanse style. We werden netjes naar onze kamer gebracht. Lift is aanwezig. Kamer is ruim, we verblijven met onze dochter, haar bed past er makkelijk bij. Helaas de meeste ochtenden wel vroeg wakker door de waskarren die over de keien gereden worden. Locatie is top, dichtbij metro manzoni waar de A lijn rijd. Je benr zo door heel rome. Housekeeping is netjes en nauwkeurig. Wij zouden nog eens terugkomen.

Bathroom smelled badly when we arrived.

The smell was overwhelming when we walked into the room. Upon checking the bathroom, we found mold throughout. The blow dryer didn’t work, and when we requested a different room, we were told the hotel was sold out. We tried opening the window for fresh air, only to find the air conditioning units directly below—blowing hot, musty air. Absolutely disgusting They refused to reimburse us for the night stay.

I called in advance because flight changed. I had to pay for an extra night and the manager didn’t try to compensate at all. He has an “oh well” attitude. The staff for the breakfast was amazing and hard working. The room smelled like mildew plumbing pipes.

Very professionally run excellent service and attention.

Great hotel! It could be easily a 4 star hotel if they had a swimming pool. I would definitely return.

Not confortable at al

The property itself is not bad but right across the street there is an abandoned building with homeless sleeping on the street. The surroundings are very dark to walk around at night. Not at all what I expected, dissatisfied.

The property was clean, stylish and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was not the best in Italy, but ok. Nice outdoor patio that served cocktails...

Very cosy hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Mr. Tamer at the front desk was extremely attentive to our needs. He provided excellent service. Was always ready to assist us. He has made our stay a very memorable one.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, there's no coffee machine in the room, which is ridiculous considering they charge extra for both coffee and breakfast. There is no iron in the room but there’s a dry cleaning service which is expensive so you can guess why they didn’t put an iron in the room. On top of that, I had my iPhone charger stolen from my room!!! The bathroom was a nightmare – I found bugs crawling around, and the shower was filthy. To make things worse, the hotel is located in a dangerous neighborhood where walking at night feels unsafe, and it's definitely not reasonably priced for what you're getting. The heat in my room didn't work, making for a very uncomfortable night, and the WiFi signal was terrible, cutting out constantly. Overall, this hotel was a major letdown. Stay somewhere else if you can.

It was small and clean in a decent neighborhood

Excellent service and food. When I return to Rome, I would like to book the cross hotel for another stay.

Not seems safe enough, not enough restaurants close

Pros: Easy to park, friendly staff that speak English well and were able to get us checked in early Cons: Our door lock was broken so it was hard to get in and out, we had to carry a physical key. The AC doesn't get turned on until you are in the room with the key in the slot so it was very hot in the room when we were gone all day. The shower was INCREDIBLY small. I could barely move my arms and there was no shelving to put any of my shower products. The room was on a busy road and was very loud

The area have easy access to taxis and buses, it was far from the main attractions. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful. The area around is dirty, maybe unsafe but we didn’t have any problems.

The hotel was great. It was clean , close to the bus but away from the main attractions. Easy access to taxis.

Fantastic hotel, rooms, and staff!! Great outdoor bar/patio area and the hotel has a kitchen and serves food. Sadly, the surrounding neighborhood does not look that great - beautiful old buildings completely covered in grafiti. Seemed safe enough in the day, but not well lit at night. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area.
